Called the Skyway branch today and Nigel was very helpful with tracking down information regarding my 97 year old father's change of address. My Dad is thrilled now to know his mail will be coming soon! Thanks again Nigel


Skyway WA I have lived here 31 years Worst post office!!!! my postal carrier calls in sick all the time it’s such a horrible place to work ( management) no one fills in for him so I don’t get mailed delivered few times a week. Starts out every day this is your mail and packages for the day. But at 5pm it’s all disappears about delivery….I have no mail or packages being delivered. Makes matters worse you go up to find out what is going on the postal worker be hind the desk yells at you!!!! We don’t have enough staff to deliver mail. Rude and professional


Not one package I have paid for over night, or 2 day air has arrived on time to the IRS or my mortgage company, very scary. Last package I sent to my sister in AZ actually went to a completely different address. Talked to one nice man at the post office who worked on finding out where it was and he was being transferred so he said he would have the woman manager follow up she has never in all the calls I have left messages ever followed up.


I absolutely hate this post office. Several times they said that they tried to deliver my package but didn't. When I went up there, they asked me for the delivery slip that was never left. When I told her that I cannot give her something that I don't have, then the lady had a horrible attitude. I told her I have my ID which has the same name and address on there and she refused to give me my packages. I had to call the main branch make a complaint and then was able to get my packages. I really dislike the employees that work at this location. It is the worst post office I have ever been to.


My email notification Showed delivery coming Friday 3/19. Then when I looked up tracking number it showed 3/18 delivered but my 3/18 email never showed it out for delivery I was home both days and went out for mail very shortly after delivery only other place it would be is on front porch in pot It contained medication checked with neighbors. The service at this post office is subpar. When I called in about my package, they hung up on me. Then, the person that "helped" me in-person was rude and had an attitude. She also saw the online notification that my package was delivered to the post office and said that it was not there, so it must be out for delivery still. The package was supposedly delivered to the post office TWO Saturdays ago and it's now Monday. They lost my package and did not help me at all. Now I have to reorder my package and send it to a different address just to ensure its safe delivery (NOT by Skyway Post Office).


THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE. Skyway post office have lost so many of my packages, it's ridiculous. The mailman can't seem to read numbers correctly and keep putting my packages in my neighbor's box. I've caught him many time on the phone while he's stuffing people's mail away. I'm not sure if he's on his phone with his headquarter or if it's a personal phone call but either way his history of losing my mail doesn't reassure me when I see him talking on the phone while carelessly shoveling the mail in the boxes. This time I contacted the post office to report my missing package. They said they'll call the mailman and have him check the boxes for my package. They took my name and number. They said they'll call me back. Two business day and a weekend past, I still don't hear anything. Package still missing. I called them back and told them I've been waiting for any news about my package. They told me the manager is out of the office and that they'll leave my name and number on her desk so she can contact me back once she's available. 72 business hours later and still nothing. At this point, my package is a lost cause. Skyway post office has the worst mailman and their management is also severely lacking.
