Worst postal service EVER! The people here must be trying to redefine the word 'STUPID'. They're also incompetent and nasty. I haven't received my bank statement for the last eight months.
I'm not happy with the post office. Our mail is always late. Tonight it didn't get here until 7:00 pm. You can't say it is because of Christmas delivery is why because Christmas isn't all year long. Every since we got a different driver and she is always on her cell phone it has been late. They need to pick up the paste and deliver before 5:00 like it use to be. Or maybe someone different to in the office to stay on top of things better.😡
Always enjoy the friendly people in out little post office.
Need to let you know that I was in there on Wednesday, the 18th. Today I tested positive for Covid and thought you should know.
Not very happy either I have not recieved packages, sometimes I will receive mail on certain days but not packages. Since pandemic I order almost everything. I wished it will get better.
tracking shows my package arrived at Rochester Post Office on August 23, 2020 but is still waiting delivery scan. So where did it go, I have not received it as of October 9, 2020.
Almost 2 months to come less than 5 miles.
I have been waiting on a package sence friday Sept 11 2020 an now it is the 15th I have tried to track and made many calls I have been home an not a single mail person or ups truck had shown up this is by far NOT COOL I want my package today.....
My son has been waiting for a package all week. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday May 23rd. Everyone was awake at 8:30 AM with cars in driveway and blinds open. We were all aware and awaiting the delivery. At 9:30 email comes in stating you attempted to deliver package. That's a bunch of crap. You stated you would attempt again. We opened garage door and waited. Another email at 10:30 stated you attempted again. Now my son has to wait until Tuesday. Thank you for you're lack of professionalism and dishonesty.Based on these other comments, tjhis is probably a waste of of time.
For years my carrier continues to put my mail in the wrong box and puts others mail in mine. She delivered a package to my porch and it was for someone else. It makes me wonder if she even looks!
Today, April 4, 2019 I placed a piece of OUT-GOING mail in our mailbox and as of 7:10 PM (same day) no mail service! What is the reason??? I had to go retrieve the out going mail! I will also vent with the fact the mail seems to being delivered later and later each week. I think our mail service is terrible!!!! Why was there no mail service today???
I am not happy with the service from your office I get mail that's not mine my neighbors get my mail. I'm not sure you actually read the address on my mail or my mail box. Get some new employees that can do the job
Once again you have filed to deliver a package to our address. This has become all to common. We received notification via text just minites ago that you signed off the package as delivered to us this morning (05-19), but the package is nowhere to be found, even though you took the time to say that it was delivered in front of the garage. Just flat out laziness,and lying, on your part. We paid to have our package delivered on time. Thank you for robbing us of that.
Failure to deliver packages because of laziness (they fit in our mailbox) and when you call about the "mistake", instead of apologizing and attempting to fix it, the lady you speak to is rude and offers no help. Has happened on multiple occasions. Mistakes happen, at least own up to it and try to fix it. If I did this at my job, I would be fired...
I have never had a pleasant experience at this post office. The lady is always very rude. I was just there today at 4pm to mail off some girl scout cookies to my father in Vegas. The lady was completely rude and said "I just don't understand why people are sending cookies when they can buy them there" What in hell is wrong with these people. Needless to say I left didn't end up sending my cookies and now I will be going to UPS and sending them. These people need some real customer service training.
