Recently we were in dire need of assistance applying for a new passport. We were given super assistance at the Richland post office. Michael found a way to attend to our difficulties immediately and was, and his instructions were clear and right on! Thank you!!!!!

Worst mail carrier I've ever had. We moved into our apartment over a month ago, submitted our mail forwarding before we moved, yet she is still stuffing my mailbox with other people's mail. When I write "wrong address" or "return to sender" and put it in outgoing mail, she just puts it back in my box. She's even ripped the mail up and put it in my box. I've never dealt with having such an awful human being as a mail carrier. This lady needs to be fired.

From Richland on Gway. Package had seal opened enough to feel inside. Glad to know my cross stitch wasn't valuable enough to steal. Was inside a package locker only USPS has access to.

Your package delivery guy brought my package up to the door, entered some stuff on his pad, then walked back to his truck with package at 740pm. Came back 2 minutes later at 7:42pm and put a missed delivery notice on my door. He did not try to do anything to make contact, he did not knock at all. I have to sign for that package. I have him on surveillance camera. I also have a large dog that would bark in event I did not hear a knock. Both my wife and I were home. Would have been less work to simply knock than to go back, get a slip and also have to come back again. Hopefully I catch him so I can get my package. This is happened in N. Richland. Crestview Ave.

Your new employee delivering mail and packages to The Plateau in Richland needs a lot of help and training. He definitely is not getting the job done. He is totally lost.

Do they check the drop off box that is labeled for “parcels”? I dropped off two small boxes with pre paid first priority mail paid label on each box, on Saturday 1/16/21. Today is 1/18/21 at 9:26 pm and neither of the two packages has started to track. The two packages are Poshmark first priority pre paid labels that I can track. Very disappointing. Thank you.

This post office has some of the dumbest people delivering. I don’t how you can mistake an I for a 1 and be allowed to deliver mail. I’m never receiving my mail and they are constantly sending things back. In my honest opinion they need to hire new carriers who can Atleast read. I don’t have any problems with UPS or anyone else just this branch of the USPS

Huge thank you to the postal worker who just chucked our two packages onto our porch over the railing because he didn't want to walk up to the door. Hopefully our light fixture and greenhouse parts are not broken. This happened today at 12:20 on Davenport st. In Richland

I have used this post office for 30 years, and have repeatedly, and consistently been given courteous, cheerful and informed assistance. The staff is pleasant to the point of TOO cheerful. Too bad that the reason for that may be how discourteous and down right arrogant and rude the customers.

This post office has THE WORST customer service ever. Passports can only be handled with an appointment, which is not stated on the website, and the woman who handles the paperwork is insanely rude. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human being - this location is ridiculous.

The new building is beautiful, the clerk we dealt with is as friendly and helpful as she's ever been. That said, it would be nice to make a call into your office without a machine going off on the end of the line when the call is made during business hours. Even nicer would be to update your phone number. The 1-800 number, pointless if you cannot reach a clerk to confirm an appointment.

Someone needs to update the website. No camera, only can make appointments in person and two week wait. Then to find out it is faster at the other locations. It would not be as frustrating if they would just post that kind of information up front.

The last collection time on Saturday for the Richland Post Office is 2:00 PM; currently, your web page erroneously indicates that the last collection time is 3:30 PM on Saturday. Please correct this error to show that the last collection time on Saturday is 2:00 PM.

I've been trying to call the passport department for 2 days. The phone just rings and rings. Do we not believe in answering machines? I just want to make an appointment. P.S. the phone number for the Richland post office posted up there is incorrect. The correct number is 509-943-7531. Someone answered yesterday but I've been unable to get through today.

Why did you remove the drive thru postal Dropbox beside the post office. There was always a constant line of cars using it.

I am very frustrated that I arranged my schedule to come in during the hours that passport applications are accepted and the lady tells me I need an appointment. If this is the case this needs to be posted on your website. I am very frustrated with your service.
