The lady at post office is very nice I will start with that . I had been told I can have Amazon packages delivered there to retrieve , I wish now I did not use this source of information as it is not completely true , post office closes at 4 which means if Amazon driver gets there it’s closed and no way to drop off packages , so what is ordered is in limbo then it’s carried around for extra days in limbo , and in quite a few cases missing packages ! Port ludlow store is not the place to have packages sent too , I don’t think it’s fair people are not told the truth to begin with , that you can try to get your packages there but you may not get it at all and wasting time and gas looking for it. A post office that has no way of collecting packages after 4 should not to be by any means doing business with Amazon fed ex , whatever you are 50/50 to get your package . And it’s not right . I thought I had paid for a worry free post office . Now I’m kinda regretting it first time ever having concerns with a post office ever and feeling so violated by being tricked to send my ordered expensive items to this place to not be able to retrieve them and just a huge waste of time .

This mail carrier who delivers the mail on Shine Rd. is a liar and is vindictive. We made a complaint against this person after they hit our 10 year old dog with a box. Ever since then, this mail carrier refuses to even drop off our packages. They claim the mailbox is full, which it's not; or they put "dog" as the reason they did not deliver. Our dog hasn't even been outside when the mail carrier comes here. She is an inside dog, and stays in the home while we are at work. The only reason she was outside on that one occasion when the mail carrier hit her, was because we were unloading things into the garage. This is the most blatantly dishonest and abusive person I've ever encountered, and you all have them delivering mail and packages. This person can't be trusted! Find a mail carrier we can rely on and trust. This person abuses animals and then lies!

Mail carrier who delivers in the Port Ludlow area has been there too long, needs someone who knows customer service and is nice. Specific instructions on packages are ignored... such as do not bend. She bends and stuffs it into the mailbox. She may leave a package at door but not bother to ring bell. She has elderly people that she has know for years it would be considerate to let them know they have a package.... much less bring all their mail to the door at that time. If these are to difficult for her to perform then she should be replaced by someone new. I haven't found one person who wouldn't like to see her replaced! It is TIME!!!!!
