Ordered gift from NJ company 32Degrees to be sent to my sister in Morton WA. UPS dropped off to USPS. USPS said she moved and left no forwarding address so they sent it back to company...BS! I called sister and she still living in Morton WA. I called the company and they listed address correctly. What kind of service doesn't deliver and makes up lies to cover up their incompentencies? USPS obviously. And you wonder why you're losing business and respect.

I had ordered a Gift for my nephews for Christmas and it was delivered to the post office via USPS I called them as I had a notice that package was at the post office and picked up this morning. I and my wife had not been into post office, so my wife stopped by to check. Package had been handed to someone else and when asked by my wife (while i was listening on the phone) Postal Employee Judi said it was non of her concern and that they were human and made mistakes. When asked what recourse was available as they had delivered package to wrong person, she said not to bother her take it up with Amazon. Merry Christmas NOT!!! USPS will be last resort from now on.
