Had a package held at this branch for like a week, called for 1 hour and nobody pickedup the phone. Horrible service.

We are very happy with our letter carrier in Mercer Island, WA. But we are very alarmed that he is making in person deliveries (where signature is required) without wearing a mask and offering a shared pen for the signature. If he is making multiple deliveries a day like this, he is at risk of getting infected with covid-19 as well as spreading it to many postal customers. If he is not being provided with a mask, the policy needs to change. If he is being provided with a mask and has chosen not to use it, then I would like to know how I can report this. As I said, we have no issue with him at all, but we find it very disturbing how easily he could be spreading this infection. Thank you.

My wife Diane Wong and I live at 8925 SE 54th Street in the Parkwood area of Mercer Island. We are increasingly frustrated that we are getting mail intended for our neighbors on our street or on adjacent streets multiple times each week. Each time this happens we have to hand-deliver the misdirected mail to our neighbors. We do not understand why there is so much mis-sorted mail in recent months, but we hope this problem can be corrected. Thank you.
