WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!! *LONG lines *usually no more than 2 clerks *have lost whole days of mail as verified by the USPS Informed Delivery - I have pictures, but no mail.

worst post office ever they have lost serval court supine's and lost serval other letters that matter on the time they get delivered resulting in L@I no paying me for the 2 mounts iv been out of work because of being hurt.. tbh there lucky if I don't file a lawsuit agents them for tampering it my male with is a feral offence

My mail is delivered to a cluster mailbox . The lock on my mailbox was damaged 2 days ago. A post office maintenance crew was at the mailbox and made other repairs but did not replace my lock.

0904/2022… I arrived home to find my mailbox, yet again has been vandalized!!! I have packages for an upcoming trip to Europe. What recourse do I have available for lost items? Is there a form to recover my expenses for this? Does the PO carry insurance for theses types of issues?

I received two pieces of US mail well over one month after their original post date, both with an oblong yellow sticker attached saying "UNABLE TO FORWARD / FOR REVIEW." I find it strange as both pieces of mail were properly addressed, to include the correct zip code, and arrived as addressed several weeks after being posted. Very surprised as our mail is normally very reliable.

Have requested a redeliver of an envelope that requires a signature and it has now been 12 days since the request was put in and no envelope has been delivered. I don't know how many more times I can request but this is beyond incompetence and they need to figure out how to do their jobs at the Lacey post office.

A paper was in my mailbox saying "sorry I missed you re:delivery to you". It says absolutely NOTHING else. It is blank. I went to the Lacey PO and only ONE line w/30 people. I am on oxygen 24/7. I got in the package line (far left) behind people collecting some BIRDS. There I was told I had to get in the ONE LINE w/ 30 people in it. YOU MUST BE KIDDING. This is absolutely ridiculously BAD SERVICE

I had a package that needed a signature. I went online to have them redeliver the next day. I took off of work, to be at home to get it. I checked the mail and it was delivered, but no postman came to the door. I am in the process of calling to make sure my package is there before I drive out to the office. No one is answering. I am continuing to call. If there is a vote to close the PO completely, I am voting Yes!! Let Fed X, UPS, and Amazon take up all mail service.

Our service sucks, you can never reach lacey post office, call 20 times, and got hung up on. The fill in ass wipe , wouldn't give me my mail as i was standing there he couldn't get the package in so he slam the mail box shut, and left with them, as I followed to the next boxes, he took off.

My rayban sunglasses just arrived - only the package had been ripped open and there was nothing inside. I know it was delivered that way because my wife watched the portly postman walk up to the door and retrieved it when he walked away. Unless the post office takes bubble pack envelopes with the ends ripped off, I'd say they have a theft problem, which is now my problem.

I move around a lot because of work and this is by far the worst u.s. post office I've had. My packages get labeled as delivered but are not where they driver annotated. If the package is not delivered than do mark it as such. The post office keeps sending my mail back to the point of origin. Why? I live here, heck you just did a signature verification for my mail a few days ago. We need to have this location audited and cleaned out.

I have been expecting a package, which the tracking number said has been delivered to the "parcel locker" in our neighborhood. The key to that locker is not in our box, and the notice that the locker was full was placed back in my mailbox, telling them to deliver it to my door. That has not been done. The phone number at the Post Office disconnects, emailing them results in "service unavailable at this time". My only option is to go to the post office and stand in line during Covid for a package that is not there!! I'm going to have to wait for the postman to come into the neighborhood and try to catch him. Great service!!

I'm dealing with the exact same thing. 10days after they marked it "delivered to parcel locker" then a note in my mail box saying it was too big. I responded for redelivery to my front door, I have heard nothing back, and the phone disconnects after ringing forever. It's been 10days! I finally have a day off where I can pick up the package myself since its clearly not being delivered, but not if they dont tell me where it is 😒

I had a package delivered last night that was just tossed on the hood of my car, it fell to the ground, carrier watched it fall (in the rain) and walked off! No notification that a package was delivered. Found it when leaving for work this morning wedged under car and wet!

6 mis-delivered packages in the last three weeks! It gets worse all the time. Our carrier cannot tell the difference between 28th and 29th. We consistently hand deliver to the correct person and they hand deliver to us. It's a joke. We should be on the USPS payroll.

They dont even attempt to deliver to apartments, if the package is too big for your mailbox you either get a pink slip and have to wait another day to pick it up or ever worse they just return it to sender. I've tried ordering plants from my aquarium and because of this I've had multiple times were I finally get my package and the plants are either dead or in the process of melting. I've tried multiple times to sort this out in person at their lacey office and have gotten no help.

Trying to track down a package that was supposed to be delivered accoring to the USPS web site on 1/12. Not only was this incorrect, I even went to the actual Lacey office and was told the carrier made a mistake, right, claim to left package on porch. my mom does not have a porch. Then following up at the post oiffice on 1/13 the note I was shown, on the computer screen, stated NO ACCESS... Hmmm. She lives in a retirement community callled Panorama and Amazon delivered a package the same day.. Apprently the NO ACCESS was for just for USPS... Still waiting for a delivery from USPS. In theory it is being re-delivered on 1/13 but as of 5:05 pm No delivery. This PO office is the worst.

I have had problems with delivering items into my PO box. What happens is I get a flyer saying that I haven't picked up my mail in two weeks, the thing is I pull my mail daily and have checked my box in the evenings to find that there is more mail. So the thing with the flyer is bogus and they're sitting on it not moving it until I go to the counter THEN they get busy to find it.

Just picked up my mail. As usual my box was stuffed full and it practically takes a crowbar to remove what is in it. But this time there was a book from Amazon which made it so that the mail was crumpled up and torn. When I went to the desk to complain, the response I received was "Yep that's the way we are supposed to do it" Just cram it in there. I pay for this mail box. How about a little customer service? Courtesy goes a long way in my book. Maybe if the box was not filled with ads and flyers that I don't order there would be more room in my box.

the mail station Z at the head of Malia Lane SE is wide open at 4 p.m. on Monday. It was broken into on Saturday. When will it be fixed and are you safe guarding our mail? If you can't safe guard it, please hold it until you can.

The Lacey post office carrier should not even have this job.He will no longer bring packages to the door then he says he attempted to deliver it and I was sitting right there waiting because I knew it was coming Wednesday.He needs to find another job that he does nothing.I thought post workers were to deliver everything

I have been calling the Lacey Post Office for three (3) days now and no one answered the phone!!! Worst experience..... If you ever make a mistake or must contact them, I would strongly suggest that you walk in and just maybe while you are standing right in front of them they might choose to help you with your postal needs..... They are very unprofessional when handling customers...No five stars or good reviews from me. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer!!!

My husband and I have many problems with our mail delivery, lost packages, or mail just CRAMMED in the mailbox in a huge wad. Well, last night took the cake for worst service ever. I stopped to get my mail, there was a key in the box, as is when we have a package delivery. So I opened the appropriate box for the package and it was empty. Either I was giving the wrong key or the package was never placed in the box to begin with. Sad part.... the package was my insulin needles. Now what do I do? It is bad enough that we have to deal with package thieves but now we have to deal the incompetent mail delivery.

I get other people’s mail constantly. I’ve made numerous complaints with the supervisor and nothing changes. This is ridiculous. I started getting deliveries to my house that weren’t mine from USPS also. Not sure what to do next.

My mail person doesn’t know how to read or sort. I get last name “Ward” mail delivered to my house when the street is totally different then mine. Now I had a package delivered to someone else. Hope they are honest and will return my package to me. I have too many errors with this postman. Please get someone who knows what the heck they are doing!

Well, winter is here again. I went to my mailbox for my mail today. When I got it, all of it was soaking wet, some of it was unreadable. Why? It was not because it was raining, it was because the mail person did not close the box..Again. This happened 4 or 5 times last winter and again today. I checked, the box is functioning properly and can be closed with no effort. I don't know if this is a lazy issue or inadequate training but it needs to Stop. Thank you.

OUR MAIL DELIVERY PERSON IS THE WORST! Constantly returning things to sender stating "Undeliverable" when it is marked with the correct address and the change of address has been done, the small green card with all info is in our box per request of our postman, and still...almost 3 months into our new home, and can't get the post office to correctly deliver our mail, non-stop hassle to have our mail re-sent out to our work addresses just to make sure we get what is supposed to be delivered to us! What's the point of doing a mail forward and filling out all those green cards if the postman don't pay attention to it anyway?? Waste of time. We also receive our neighbors mail, consistently mis-delivered. Constant headache and wasted time into just trying to receive normal mail.
