I moved to Kennewick in 2021. I’ve had two packages gone missing with the usps. I actually just watched a truck drive around my condo that had packages due today and didn’t stop or deliver anything. Shameful.

I live in a senior living complex on W Grandrige Blvd. We have not received any mail the last two days. Someone heard that you aren't delivering here except for Wednesday. Is this true. What about those who have Mail order medicines and checks? I think this is very unfair to us.

I've been waiting for my package for 2 weeks, went to look to see when it would be delivered and it said tried to attempt but couldn't access delivery. I live on a street and my mail box is on the road no reason to not deliver this is extremely frustrating. I am a worker for FedEx and if this was something we did we would be written up and or fired. Seems to be a reaccuring issue for lots of people. And when u try to contact post office no one answers. 🙄

Checks in the mail doesn't mean much anymore. The mail person doesn't even come to the mail box. Used to be that you could always count on the mail man to deliver/pick up. Not anymore, they have as many excuses as a kid in a candy store.

Stop not delivering my mail saying my mail box is blocked when it is not. My motorcycle is far enough away you can hop out of your truck and put my mail in my box. On Mondays is garbage day and we put the cans out by our driveway with plenty of room for you to park and put our mail in our box. There is enough room for us to park our jeep between the cans and the mail box so there is clearly enough room for you to get out of your truck and deliver the mail. Stop being lazy.

With the uncertainty about the future of the USPS in addition to the backlog (due to poor government decisions) of mail possibly preventing individuals from voting, I am hoping to help. But financially, I alone can't help. So I have been thinking that physical action is needed. I am hoping that I can volunteer to help sort mail, focussing on mail-in ballots. If the USPS would allow volunteers to sort mail, it could advertised, and I am sure thousands would step in. It may not completely save the USPS, but it would help everyone's vote get counted AND let the government know how important the USPS is to Americans. If this is possible, please let me know and i will happily volunteer my time and start advertising through social media that others can do the same. Thank you for your service!

I have not been receiving my mail for one month now. This is a business. I had 12 years of perfect delivery without a problem. The current mail carrier is returning the mail because the sender has not added Suite A-1 - this was never required. There are only 4-5 businesses using this multiple mailbox. I taped my business card to the mailbox, contacted businesses that mail me, called the post office twice. The first individual was helpful. The second one was not at all helpful. I have lost income for one month. This is serious. Can someone please help with this situation?

Yesterday I was at the mailbox waiting for the young man you have delivering the mail. He was on his cellphone the entire time complaining to who hd was talking too, about how he dreaded coming to our complex. He hated this place, this route and how irritating, pissed off he was to have this route. How he couldn't wait to get the hell out of here. All the while slamming packages and tossing letters into mailboxes. With a careless, disregard and immature attitude. I am very concerned about the accuracy in which I receive my mail. With his carelessness, disrespectful attitude towards an important government job. One he does not take seriously at all. He is very young, blonde, thin, with a very bad attitude. On cellphone the entire time he is working and very unprofessional. The vehicle number is 8218649

Our mail person has left the outgoing mail slots unlocked, doesn't deliver packages on the day that they are out for delivery and I have found mail lying the in the ditch as well. On a few occasions, I have received notice that my package was due to be delivered that day and it wasn't. I instead received notices that there was no access to my paved road home (I was home all day) or that I wasn't home to sign when I was home as well.

I've been waiting for my mail since 12 and it's 1:30 and still hasn't showed up and our mail guy is kind of rude

Once again our mail person was too lazy to place a package too long for the postal box at our door as required. It is only about 200 feet to the door and there is a cement driveway to it. If that person is too lazy to do his/her job then they should not be able to work it, Place them on a less strenuous job or reduce their pay to reflect their work habits.
