Originally it was my fiance'sand my box. we had split up so I needed to take his name off the box and put in mind as the main Box holder name. She asked me if I wanted the locks change at first I said yes. She said ok it will $6. At the time I did not have the $6 I told her I would be back during that time she closed my box even though it was still originally my box is still had my name on it and transferred my mail to a different PO box I'm thinking I need to transfer to the box I just opened that she closed as soon as I opened. I went in there to tell her may I please have my mail she told me it would be a $6 and I said wait I have the other key I don't need the locks changed she told me that it is mandatory now before she asked me and now it's mandatory. The woman refuses to give me my mail. This is not the first time we've had this kind of incident in my family with her my family has lived here for over 25 years. I have never had this much problem with getting my mail in any County in any state. I have a lot going on right now and I have important things coming in the mail and I have been fighting with this for a good month to a month and a half now. This is ridiculous something needs to be done about this.
