Wel ive ordered 5 things and all say tracking in Everson WA one excuse was the weather which wasn’t bad at all then it’s sitting in the post office in Everson saying waiting on carrier this is rediculous that 5 of my orders/mail are just sitting at this place and I live not even 5 minutes from them! Rediculous, I’ve never had to deal with this in bellingham lynden or ferndale
Mail is in the mailbox with the flag up, they don't pick up the mail. We watch them drive right by. Currently, I have a package at the post office, tracking info shows that it was undeliverable, no access to delivery and that the customer requested it to be returned to post office. Absolute lie! There is no reason why they couldn't deliver it, always someone home. They just dont want to get their lazy butt out of the vehicle. Tired of Everson post office's crappy service. One time they even left a box on the ground next to our mail box, on a busy road. It got hit.
I live in Everson right down the street from the post office and I get off around 4 o’clock and they’re always closed by the time I get there at 4:15 no one‘s ever there they’re always taking more than an hour for lunch and they give very bad attitude and I just moved in with my fiancé and we are trying to get a second key made for the P.O. Box and I have to ask for my mail it was all ok for about three months and now the lady is being rude saying I’m not handing I ur mail anymore get a key or no mail I’m sick of the disrespect and I wanted to apply there but now I’m havin second thoughts
Horrible service!!! Not the first time this has happened either. Order from Amazon out for delivery 8/31. Received an email stating package was delivered .....available for pick up???!! I called Amazon, this was a big red flag to them. Its out for delivery on 8/31 and now back at the post office available for pick up......PO is closed until Tuesday ,holiday weekend!!!!!! It was a surprise for my daughter in Everson and I'm leaving Tuesday for a trip. This is not right!!! I'm going to find out who oversees that branch and make a compliant.
Also a card I mailed on a Monday didnt arrive until a Friday, there is no excuse for this kind of service!!!!

I do love our town and everyone at this Post Office is very kind. There is one large issue however. This Post Office should have their counter open during Saturday! Many people here work very hard during the week and we cannot afford to take time off of work just to pick up our mail that must go through the electronic system and have forms signed. We cannot purchase stamps, money orders or even pay to get insurance, tracking numbers, etc. during the week and we truly and desperately need to have this option available to us on Saturday. Please have full service Saturdays!
