Watched the mail worker walk to my door with two packages and they did not knock so they thought I wasn’t home (should have been 3 packages) And left me a note for saying she tried contacting me.. so now I have to wait to get my computer till the beginning of the week. Just because there was no car there doesn’t mean no one is home. Now leaving a sticky note by the door bell stating “ring door bell do not knock”

I can't remember how many times I end up with other peoples mail in my mailbox. I've had packages that the tracking say they were delivered just to finally show up days later in my box. The gal who delivers our route is rude and pulls into our drive way spinning around enough to throw gravel a good 5 feet. I have animals here and don't need them run over. I filed a complaint with the postmaster in Ephrata and have never heard a word. What ever happened to business ethics and courtesy. My father was a postman for many years and issues like this would never have been tolerated not even for a second..

I know that I am not getting any mail today, because I get notified daily by e-mail. However, I do have time sensitive mail to send out. It is currently in the mailbox (put it there at 6:00am) and my little red flag is UP. My mail usually gets delivered around 11:00 am. It is now 12:30pm. Alas, the mailperson did not stop and pick up my outgoing mail - AGAIN. This is probably the 7th or 8th time this has happened in the last six months. Why does the mailperson not stop to get outgoing mail?

My regular mail carrier does not wear a mask. The substitute does. I do not like the fact that my mail could be sneezed or coughed on as the carrier goes to put it in my box. I thought it was mandatory that mail carriers wear masks. Please see that my carrier does. Thank you

I have never had more issued with a business as with the Ephrata Post Office. When we first moved here we applied for passports. They lost my children's passports. The tracker said delivered to Post Office but they were never found. Our trip was canceled due to waiting for new passports. Trying to get anyone on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE and our mail lady is the rudest person I have had to deal with in a long time. Any time I go in to pick up a package there is always a line with only 1 person working. There are many other issued I have had with the post office and it all boils down to poor management. After several attempts to speak with the Post Master I gave up, ( in "meetings", at lunch, vacation etc...)
