Postal Locations

My family and I want to thank 'Mr. Leon' for his professionalism and courtesy for processing my son's passport request and assisting us with our vehicle distress. Mr. Leon helped us restart our vehicle. I have not seen someone like this in a long time. Fellow veteran and a decent human being. Willingness to help. Thank you very much.

Leon was an amazing help! We came in with a passport emergency and he was extremely informative and helped us get everything straightened out immediately. The customer service was fantastic and you can tell he really cares about doing the best possible job, and the individuals he assists.

What a rip off the @unitedstatespostalservice #usps is - charging $60 to replace a lock - that costs $8 by the way - on a mailbox that I do not own. I did not break the lock - but I have no option but to bend over and take it and pay them $60 - it is the only option for receiving mail in DuPont and THEY own the box. The postal service is an absolute joke!!!! AND THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THERE PHONE - probably to busy doing nothing while being paid!

Today is June 11,2021 (Friday Afternoon ) 2:47 pm. This Postal Office in Dupont does not answer phone call on the above date that i have been calling them. I wonder why. I tried it for 4 consecutive times but to no avail.

That's it, I have had enough of the incompetency of this DuPont WA Post Office location. I have just had another.. yes, ANOTHER... wrong package put on OUR mailbox (wrong name, wrong street address) and the package that I was expecting today, that shows USPS put it in a postal locker, I DO NOT HAVE. I am calling Tuesday, 04 SEPT 2018 and making an appointment with the Mayor of DuPont to file a formal complaint about this Post Office. This happens on a regular basis for us and our neighbors. The kind lady to whom I delivered the package to, said it happens "all the time" to them. I am SICK and TIRED of their CONTINUED INCOMPETENCE and NEVER in my life ANYWHERE have I seen such CRAPPY in incapable performance as what I am seeing here, and have seen for the past 3-4 years!!! DONE WITH IT. I will also file a complaint at the Federal level as well. Sick of this.

Is it true you are hiring for the DuPont location? If so how and where do i apply?

The Dupont Post Office at 1313 Thompson Cir, Dupont, WA 98327 does not provide overnight express service. If you want a package delivered the next day, you will need to go to the next closet USPS branch which is Ft Lewis or Lakewood locations..
