I have held my complaints but today enough is enough, the current hopefully interim postmaster has been very rude and unprofessional, returned packages knowing our physical address as UPS drops some packages at the PO and now crammed so much mail in our PO box my key was unable to open, I called at 8:30 am this morning advising the issue and postmaster said the mail would be moved to an outside package locker; went at 2:30 pm and again unable to get the key into the box so had to ask the clerk and she had to ask the postmaster. No one want s to read crushed mail, magazines, invitations etc; got our mail on July 3rd before the 4th holiday and went to the PO on July 7th unable to get into box. When we go on vacation we give a 'vacation hold' note and have brought a box to have mail put into so it isn't a crushed mess. I am sure I am not your first compliant as the entire town is upset with her callous behavior as I have heard her verbally abuse and demean clerks / staff as our previous postmaster was one in a million and went above and beyond to serve our community. I would have included pictures of our crushed mail and written comments if we did not use our PO box number our mail would be returned. As I said enough was enough today, thank you for your time.
