If I could I’d give this place a big fat zero for rating !!!!The lady at the counter was extremely rude and condescending she berated me for choosing a certain type of envelope in which to mail an item in then was extremely rude when I asked for a pen to fill out the label she gave me a horrible black marker that smeared all over the envelope when I tried to fill in the address label then I asked for a piece of tape which I have asked for in the past and had no issues with she told me rudely we don’t give out free tape and that package needs more than one piece of tape I have never been treated so rudely in all my life by a postal service person I think she should be fired for the way she decides to treat customers no wonder people would rather use other companies to ship packages !!!! I didn’t catch her name unfortunately and she was reluctant to give me any info on who I could speak to in regards to her behavior!! As far as the tape situation goes she assumed I wouldn’t pay for tape if there was a charge all she needed to do was politely tell me instead of bark at me that she wasn’t going to give me free tape as if it was her money paying for the tape !!!! Absolutely disgusted with my experience here !!!I will not be back or refer anyone to this post office I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know how rude she is and give a full description of her so people are aware of this woman’s bad attitude for no reason!!!
Horrible customer relations. Wasn’t in the least bit willing to help me just kept repeating herself. I needed to pay my box rent and she said she couldn’t verify who I was she couldn’t take it. No idea what will happen to my mail as I am not tgere
CR USPS picks and chooses which packages they decide to deliver. My theory is their decision is based i which ones fit in the mailbox. If they actually have to walk to my front door they say they were unable to deliver it. Insanely unprofessional.
The employees are exceptionally efficient, professional, and have wonderful customer service skills.
They go out of their way to insure mail is delivered at the best cost for consumer.
We love our postal workers...
😉
UPDATE 10/13/21 Two out for delivery! one gets dropped off right at the door as expected. The other stays on vehicle ends up back at office. WHY???? Now track# says it it ready for me to pick it up at the Post office??? But it was here at the house yesterday with the other one that got DELIVERED. Is this part of the post office's way of imposing their slow down tactics??? Morons!

The two that showed out for delivery. Well one made it to the mail box just fine and the other "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location"
WHY????? I can accept that the USPS can't handle the volume of mail this year(or prior years) and just say so please! But to lie, that I do not accept!!

Out for delivery "Expected Delivery by" 1215, then 2:15, then 7:30 and like last night 9:00 PM which didn't show. Now I have two items for "Expected Delivery by" today the one from yesterday that never showed and a new one today. However, I did get two packages delivered yesterday and two package today by the usual mail truck. So when do the "Expected Delivery by" packages get delivered?? How is it or who determined which packages go in the usual mail trucks for delivery and which packages end up in the "Expected Delivery by" Twilight Zone??
Horrible place to do business.... first of all the lady argued with us about our appointment that we had and told us that no one told her that someone wanted passports done that day. She continued to argue with customers as we were doing passport paperwork with the other employee. Second we recieved an email regarding our passports saying that important information was missing or not submitted with our passport paperwork. We pay them to make sure everything is in line and submitted somehow these idiots never sent all the paperwork... this is a prime example of incompetent people doing important jobs. Both of those employees should be fired!
