I have a few people taking mail from my mail box I thought she was Darlene Taro with her two sons and friend that broke into my apartment but it may be a Christine that works at Orleans with a key letting people into the box not a single key. My address is:

Some material is money and other time sensitive for possible attorney. My phone number is 360.815.9057 or 360.778.1155. I hve had and intruder on my phone and internet too and a drivers license and birth certificate was taken from my belongings. Pleaase help.
Warning other consumers about change of address: Was moving so put in a change of address to be started at a later date. Our Bellingham PO took it upon themselves to start forwarding 4 days early. My packing supplies and new doorknob are on their way to my forwarding address when I sorely needed them here. I am disabled and this is why delivery to me is critical. Why do they disregard the date given them for forwarding??
I need the Postmaster's assistance! I bought a roll of stamps to be delivered to my home. The tracker says the roll was delivered BUT it wasn't!! I need the post office to step up and either find the roll it claims to have delivered or send out another one.

I completed an online change of address for my move, approx. a week and a half before my move. I even completed 2 online requests to your technical support (received responses per an ADA compliance for the new location, that you would investigate. No mail, but once on 7-30-22, has been delivered. I missing a check from The Standard Insurance (between 7-25 & 27, 22, that should have been delivered. Where is my mail & check, please. The Postal Carrier had me fill out a hard copy, change of address on 7-28-22. This means, of course that you don't honor the online requests and that was a waste of time and my confidence in the system. Please, deliver ALL of my mail to my NEW address at: 2400 Donovan Avenue #38A, Bellingham, WA 98225! PLEASE! TODAY, PLEASE!
Good news today! Amazon has taken over delivery of their packages from the USPS. I have asked Amazon to ship to me only via UPS or FedEx. The postal service did a horrible job of delivering mail. Because they were too lazy to find my apartment which has been an established address for some 45 years. Oftentimes USPS would just leave packages in the dirt by the mailbox. I live on a well-traveled street so that didn’t work.
i put a hold on all of my mail while i was away, yet they still delivered my mail. ultimately a very expensive package was stolen from my mailbox. i went to this post office asking for help or compensation because i placed the mail hold specifically to avoid this yet i was refused help (very rudely). a month or more later someone from the post office called and left a message saying they might be able to help? i tried calling back and no one ever pick up and i was unable to leave a message. though this may seem insignificant the package contained a one of a kind piece of art. i still haven’t received compensation for their negligence.
Sent a Christmas present to my granddaughter that arrived at the 315 Prospect St. Bellingham,Wa post office. The delivery was not made due to insufficient address as a apartment number was not entered to the building it went to. I'm sorry not knowing it was a apartment building. After numerous phone calls with no one answering, then finally getting through was told to come to pick up the item which is impossible as the granddaughter works long hours every day. They refuse to deliver it after giving the apartment number to them. I am 3,000 miles away and very upset that the smallest courtesy to deliver my Christmas present is not being done after all the information they required is given. Someone needs to be held accountable as their are numerous complaints as has been found regarding this in the past Please advise. Thank you.

I have been selling items online from my home for years now and it has gone quite smoothly up until recently. I go to the USPS site and schedule my sold merch. for pickup the following day during my mail persons regular route but recently this person, (maybe they are new, I don’t know,) has not been picking them up. I even fill in the special instructions box with super simple directions telling the mail person exactly where the outgoing parcels are waiting. So now every day I have parcels set out that I’ve prescheduled for pickup on the USPS site the day before, I’ve got to check and see if they are still sitting out there past my mail’s delivery time. Inevitably I’ll find them still there so now I have to load the forgotten parcels into my car and drive them to the post office before they are done scanning them for the day or else my customers will receive late merch. and give ME the bad rating. Oh and there won’t be a tracking number because I had to drop them in the after hours slot in the lobby so now we get to just cross our fingers and hope that the rest of the trip goes well. Or worse, my customers could just cancel their order. Meaning I lose not only the money from those sales, but I’ve also waisted the money I spent on the materials I used for packaging, labels and ink, and now gas money, plus the time I waisted messaging, emailing, printing labels, packing merch. and removing posted items from the site etc. etc. but what can I do? Run down the hill to the mailbox about 30min. before the mail person is due to arrive, then wait, because if I show up too close to the exact time, they will have already gone by. Then when I do see the mail person, ask them to please drive up the hill to my house where packages get picked up and please pick the things up, for goodness sake?! No, I don’t want to. Package was supposedly delivered to Quality Inn on April 21. No package at Front Desk. Reported to Whatcom Sheriff's Office and Bellingham PD. No response

Who is stealing packages at USPS?
My name is Karen Calderwood I went to the Bellingham post office yesterday to get a post office box but I don’t know the address the phone number or the ZIP Code does anybody know how I can find that out please
I have had the following situation happen twice lately. Ordered from Amazon. Shipped via USPS. Shipped from Kent, WA, arrived in Bellingham, WA, then for some reason sent to Everson, WA and back to Bellingham, WA for delivery in Bellingham, WA. I don't understand why Bellingham is sending to Everson when it is going to a Bellingham address. Would love to know why.
I was tracking the Easter care package I sent my son in Bellingham and received a notice that it was undeliverable due to insufficient address. I immediately realized I must have forgotten to include my son’s apartment number! I really wanted it to be delivered the next day in time for Easter! I called the Bellingham post office and Jim patiently took down my tracking number, my name, and phone number. He said he would leave a note at the carrier’s work station with the apartment number. The next day I received an awesome text from my son thanking me for the care package. Thank you to Jim for his patience and kindness!! And to the carrier for getting the package to the right place! I’ll be more careful next time!
