WHAT HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORKING HERE. FEELING ENTITLED AND ABOVE THE PUBLIC. THEY SHOULD FIRE THAT SUPERVISOR AND LYING EMPLOYEE. THEN PROMOTE THE OLDER NICE EMPLOYEE.

I'm shocked to read these. I was employed there for about 3 years. The postmaster, Armand was always concerned about quality service.

As an Australian watching the First Amendment Audit video about your Post Office, it appears that this local branch is pathetic. With the exception of the older man who carried out his duties courteously and promptly, the others are either untrained, scared of the public, or downright rude. Your Postmaster should get their act together. You guys make the USA look ridiculous.

Essential Government service unless you have a camera Get rid of the supervisor and the employee who doesn't want to work or stay at his window.

NOTICE: The Postal Service is an essential government service, and will remain open wherever possible. But when a guy with a camera shows up then you denied service. Educate public Servants on Your Policies and the freedoms of our constitution

Just wondering why your employees from the Saint Johnsbury location, don't know that a member of the public has a first amendment right to film inside of the postal service? Extremely rude service to the auditor that was there filming! Please let your employees know that if they don't want to be filmed in public, to quit and never go out in public!

I just watched an audit video on this pat office. What horrible service from this supervisor and the one young male employee. Why are you all so afraid of cameras? I feel a stronger supervisor is needed at this branch or at least retrain this girl. Rick seemed to know more then anyone else at this branch!

As a former resident of st.j & n Danville area it was troubling to see that PUBLIC officials donot even treat the PUBLIC with respect & especially lying to a member of the public now not knowing the rules is one thing but to make up a law based on your feelings is another & what really really got me was the employee lying to a member of the PUBLIC if this is tolerated & accepted by the USPS of Vermont it is sickening and distrustful previously i have praised st.j and the area due to the experience I had my wife & I have ben looking at property & looking to buy a home in the area & if this is what happens & no repercussion is taken then this will GREATLY influence my decision.... Ps. I will be keeping up on the actions taken by the usps of Vermont & even the st.j police to see if any action was taken this before I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars I would like to know if accountability is taken by the VERMONT POST OFFICE I have a teenager & I also have to pick the area where she would be best off also
