I am very happy with our postal deliveries. Our postman is so careful and dedicated. I would like to know his name so I can leave him a Christmas gift, but the main P.O. won't answer the phone, and I am unable to go there in person. No neighbors can supply either--sadly we appreciate him but nobody knows his name ( Elm Street is part of his route)

Super disappointed. I have packages that were supposed to arrive over a week ago. Still nothing. I also have a large ticket item, that is late. When I call all three Randolph locations, (where the packages were checked into) no one seems to know anything or how to help me. They literally told me “sorry I don’t know where there are. The man that does your route, George, has broken ribs and is out” meanwhile I was just in the in person the other day and George was standing in there. Ummm. Okay. Not to mention I run a business from my home. And this is royally screwing me. 0/10

Now that more and more local people are reporting that their mail is being stolen, our carrier has decided to leave the packages that won't fit in the box on the ground next to my mailbox! I called Randolph P.O. to report this (4 times) and they said they were between postmasters and would I like to have them hold my packages so I could pick them up! NO!!! I pay their salaries and also postage to have them delivered the way they used to be.

I mailed a large check from Randolph to a Randolph address on Tuesday. It is now Friday and it has not been delivered. What to hell is going on? Plus postal employee was rude. I retired from the po with 17years in 2000 and am ashamed the post office now.

When is it a postal carrier and make his own decision to not deliver the mail because it's too dark out we have been having numerous issues over the last few months with deliveries coming in way late at night or the mail not being delivered at all such as today December 3rd the postal carrier decided it was too dark and he couldn't see to deliver the mail so he left mobile Acres trailer park leaving over 30 people without their mail and on numerous occasions others in the park have been told that the carrier goes home and takes a nap during the day while carrying our mail do the employees of the Randolph post office think that they own the post office last I knew that is a federally-run agency
