My mail, first class, was not picked up several times now, mostly Saturdays. This is disturbing,as I have bills to pay by mail, which already is late now.It also takes a long time for even local mail,up to ten days!!! What is going on???

For the last two months I have received my monthly sis check four and five days late. This check is usually delivered promptly. The checks are dated so the problem is entirely in the hands of the u.s. parcel service. I have applied for direct deposit and this proble will go away for me in the coming months. But what about those who do not have those services. Will this be the new norm for the u.s.p.s.? What a shame for such a dignified service and for the people who depend on these services to pay there bills in a timely manor.

I called the fair Haven post office to tell them that I received a phone call from my electric company saying bills where getting returned to them and I do not live at the address. I have lived here 3 years, the woman was very rude and said my carrier says he doesn't return your mail so it's your problem. .my bill is due for shut off now because of the post office, and they had no concern to help correct the issue.

I ordered a toy for my daughter because she has been ill. It's taken way longer than Amazon told us. But the problem comes in the fact that it was never delivered although when tracked it says it has been delivered. I called the fair haven post office who knew that we have had mail stolen before so they usually leave us slips to go to the post office and get our packages. We received no slips today. The women I talked to, her advice was to search up and down the street for it. Why would a driver leave it in a random spot on the street. She also said that it was delivered to me yesterday which was Sunday. We were here but I don't believe you deliver on Sunday's. I was here all weekend and Monday no one knocked or left anything in my building( which they shouldn't have done they should have left a slip). we have had substitutes to this route, who have delivered right to us without a problem If this postal worker can't climb steps maybe you should offer free post boxes where customers can make sure their packages arent left somewhere on the street. I just want my daughter to get her toy and I believe telling a loyal customer to go search the streets and buildings around you is messed up. When we pay for shipping we expect to receive the product in a timely fashion and with some convenience without having to search. I was told I'd be called in the morning let's see if that happens
