Was treated very rudely when asking about picking up a package that wasn't delivered this morning. I understand that they are understaffed and that is why my mail wasn't delivered yesterday, but I had a couple packages (that weren't from Amazon) that I really were trying to get in before the weekend. The first employee that talked to me, seemed pretty new and I didn't really get what I was asking for, but when the brunette lady got involved, she became rude and even didn't want to see or address the email that I had explaining the pickup. I just want to know if I need to wait for it to be delivered or if I could pick up the packages. As I was leaving, she was saying something that about it being an Amazon package, which they weren't.

Wow, I called trying to track down a package with the wrong address on it and the guy answered was mean. Totally not necessary... :(
