I have been going here for years and have not seen one bit of improvement outside of the building repairs from the hurricane. Staff (esp small blk man) are incredibly rude and if you ask a question, you are talked to like you are inept and should have known what to do. Mail is constantly damaged, misplaced, or returned before you can pick it up. They are obviously understaffed for the holiday season, or just hiding in the back. Lines are too long and we spent aaverage of 40 minutes in line. Changes are slow to happen here, but this is a major part of our lifeline to getting goods and communicating with the mainland. Do better.

Veterans Post Office Employee’s DO NOT know how to handle Fragile packages. Three times this week, I got Three Snow Babies that were in the original Snow Baby packing boxes. And yet, the Boxes were pretty beat up that they were sent in and sure enough, the Snow Baby was broken. I have had this exact same complaint for years since moving to St. Thomas from the States. They are just too rough with the packages. And they DO NOT answer the Phones! What exactly is the problem?
