Didn't deliver a package. Attempted to use online, "encountered a problem" and disconnected. Attempted to call the post office directly, and the automated system collected information and hung up on me.

The postal carrier in our neighborhood routinely delivers our mail to the wrong addresses on our street. Our address is prominently displayed on our mailbox and on our house. Yet, our neighbors have to carry our mail to us when it is misdelivered. What can done about this? We have reported this to the P.O., but nothing changes.

Mail is back to disappearing. Government check missing for over a week. No mail delivery this week, not even junk mail.

We have a really big troubles to work with this post office after we moved to Richmond Road two years ago. They missed a lot of pickups and didn't come on time. We spent around $300,000 to mail our package using post office services every years, it seems they don't care and treat us like we are trouble maker! They are very rude also. We lost a lot of packages and so many packages were held this location during Christmas time and we had to cancel so many packages and refunded our customers! I don't know what else we could do. We just need they do their jobs and help us out!!!

This location will not deliver heavy packages. I try not to order anything I know is over 50 lbs through Amazon because I will have to pick it up. They fill out an attempted delivery slip at 11 am and put it in the computer. Amazon tells me the PO attempted deliver 4 full hours BEFORE the mail runs for the day. The point of having packages delivered is to NOT have to pick them up. When the mail ran Friday I was home. All other packages they leave on the porch. I am so angry.

I have called this post office twice now and both times she put me on hold and never came back. I waited 15 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second time. The tracking number said a certified letter was attempted to be delivered to my address and it was VACANT ! I live here. So they returned it to the sender, although the sender did not get it back yet. I also did not receive 4 pieces from the informed delivery that was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. Unbelievable !

The telephone number 18002758777 is useless. I have gone through my carrier for help for locating a misaddressed package. She said I had to call the main post office on Monticello in Williamsburg. The phone number provided is as I said useless. I know the address my package was delivered. Carrier said she wasn’t working when it was delivered. I will come by PO Friday to talk to a human not a robot on a phone

This post office has lost my packages on multiple occasions, at least six, they deliver them to the wrong address and then try and say they didn't. They argue with you, stating they delivered the package to the right house, when time and time again I have had many neighbors come to my house with my packages days later. When you try and call the office, you get hung up on or no one will answer the call at all. They do not take responsibility for lost packages and try to blame the customer.

I have asked to have my mail temporarily forwarded to an address in St. Augustine Florida twice. Filled out postal cards twice. Talked to a person twice. I am in St. Augustine and have not gotten my mail for 2 weeks. Help. My neighbor called and said my mail is still being put in my box in Williamsburg, VA

Lori at the Monticello Ave, Williamsburg, VA location was extraordinarily helpful when I called with a delivery problem. She was polite, gracious, caring, and very professional. I am quite impressed! Before I called Lori, I spoke to a man at the main location, but did not ask his name, and he was also extremely helpful. Thank you to these two employees! Although they could not make my order magically appear on time, their customer service skills made my disappointment easier to accept.

I have had my mail out with flag up since Thursday. I understand no pick up on that day but since then I have Been able to use my road to get to work. Was plowed and sanded. So is accessible. Still no mail pick up. Live in Quaker estates. These are bills that now I guess I will need to physically take to a mail drop off. What’s the problem? So much for the logo of snow, rain and so forth the mail will go through, why are we paying more for stamps when service has remained the same.

Why has the mail been delivered after 7 PM for the last four days? I realize that Friday was a holiday but today (Saturday) is not a holiday.
