Having a big problem. I have 2 packages coming to my place of business that could EASILY fit inside our unit Mail box. One of the packages even has delivery instructions to drop the packages during business hours. USPS keeps trying to drop them before business hours, so now I have to go pick them up. I tried calling customer support, but its always the robot, and there's always some reason they have to give you a call back. I get it. No one wants to actually work anymore, but the center for Waynesboro, Va is the laziest group of humans I've ever seen.

The automated voice is annoying and you can’t get to an actual person when you need to and you just waste your time.

Mail service has been sporadic at best. Can't trust the Waynesboro Post Office to deliver or pick up residential mail. Mail is misdelivered, (I received a handwritten envelope addressed to another person, on another street, in ANOTHER CITY. The only thing that was consistent was the house number. Returned to mailbox with the standard "mistaken delivery" notice and, two days later, RECEIVED THE SAME ENVELOPE!! Come on, Waynesboro P.O, get with the program. :-(

The mail delivery is sporadic at best on Mt. Vernon Street, and complaints to the post office have done nothing to improve it. We receive neighbor's mail and have found pieces laying on the ground. If we're getting theirs, they're getting mine and not giving it to us. I've brought the mail back to the post office clerks and they say nothing, just take the mail from me. Now we're finding the mail laying on the porch table instead of being put in the mail box, the 3' tall by 2' wide box with the word MAIL on it, in case the mailman was wondering what that was.

Are the USPS offices open for delivery on President's Day? I know that other postal services still deliver mail and packages on President's Day.

Why is the mail service at my location so inconsistent? I go several days without mail and I run a business so I usually get mail everyday. Our normal mail lady is awesome and works all hours, but once she is on leave or vacation it is a tossup whether the mail runs or not. I have seen one guy just quit in the middle of the street and head back to the office. Please run this better. Thanks

Nicole Myers a supervisor at the waynesboro post office has been having an on going affair with my husband knowing hes married and has kids. These affairs have been organized during work hours. The USPS should get rid of this olaf looking peice of trash and hire quality people who actually do their job.

Been trying to reach you for an hour and the phone has been busy. Got a complaint. The mail carrier left a package in front of my garage door. I have a front porch and it was calling for rain. Fortunately my neighbor called to let me know it was there. I would have gotten in my car and backed up right over my grandsons birthday present. No way I would have seen it from any of my mirrors. This is unacceptable.

Tried from 1 o’clock to almost 5 to reach someone at the post office. Something wrong with your phones? No excuse for this.

I would like to make a complaint on the Lyndhurst VA Post Office 22952. It is filthy inside and out. Mowing/weed eating, leave blowing has not been done in years. Potholes need to be fixed......it’s an eyesore to its community. I have been told that the Waynesboro VA post office is responsible for its upkeep......help.

Sat. 1-27-18 Postmaster: Once again the weekend sub screwed up. Left mail, large pouch, and medium size box on edge of 10ft deck instead of inside attached screened back porch. I've reported this before. Am handicapped, use a cane, and cannot move bulky packages without great pain and difficulty. Is the sub just plain stupid or ignoring your instructions???
