After explaining my situation on a chat with Ellen, I was sent to a page where I had to fill in credit card information in order to be connected to someone who could help me. Really? I am not comfortable giving out a credit card number in order to receive service! I will get in my car and drive to the post office to speak with the postmaster in person and hope to get the issue of mangled mail resolved once and for all.

Service here is great, the business mail office especially top-notch. I love having such a cool historic building right in the mode of Old Town for this.
