We recently moved to Florida (in June). I completed a change of address form at the Post Office - Witchduck Post Office. Our previous address was 4432 Prestige Ln. Unit 404 VB, VA. 23462 Our concern is we know items were placed in our previous mailbox, (I.e. from Amazon, etc.) but we have yet to receive any items from the Virginia Beach address. Please assist. Please for the love of Pete teach your employees numerical sequencing.I am tired of taking my neighbors mail to them after week after week after receiving their mail. I have the App that shows what mail has been scanned and that we should receive , but items do not get here about 5 times a month. Bills come late and sometimes we do not get any mail for days.Some of our neighbors are good enough to bring us our mail that's been undelivered to their address. But as for the others they keep it or discard it.Called the Witchduck office many times to ask for them to review their delivery methods.Finally got a person and he said the problem was trainees. Funny I just see the same guy. Please train them better because it is a very important job.

There are terrible looking sharpie markings on exterior of boxes. These were reported as removed by USPS and ticket closed. This is NOT complete. If they are not removed, the Association will be forced to have the markings removed and billed accordingly. I have received no feedback other than the closed ticket email. Not complete, been more than a month.

these comments should be read by postal employees so that service might be improved. My package is lost, claims submitted, no response from USPS except a 'how did we do' survey. Tried to call phone number given on internet -- no answer. Postmaster email address listed on website is wrong email and was returned. how does one get anywhere with this kind of organization??

I have had two separate mail orders get lost in the past month. What 's going on? Also our carrier is never here at the same time. One day he's here at 12 noon, the next after dark. I have checked my mailbox as late as 10 PM and outgoing mail was still in the box. Poor,poor service.

THIS IS A BUSINESS AND WE EXPECT IMPORTANT MAIL EVERYDAY, CHECKS AND ORDERS. WE JUST GOT A NEW MAIL MAN AND HE IS VERY ARROGANT AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PEOPLE ON HIS ROUTE. THE LAST POSTMAN WAS VERY NICE. WE HAVE A BAR SCAN ON DOOR AND HE DOES NOT USE IT.

I live in Pembroke Manor on Hessian Rd in the past two weeks our mail service has been poor. my mail has been delivered to three different neighbors and I have received mail for some of my neighbors. this has been a problem because so of this mail was bills that was not given to me because the neighbor was a military personal and was at sea.. can you please look into this. thank you for your time.

I am starting to get extremely frustrated. I live in Aragona and for the last two days have not received any mail whatsoever. Which is extremely unusual not to receive anything. I was scheduled to get a USPS package yesterday and got an electronic notice from the shipper last night that said delivery was attempted at 6:30 PM. I checked the tracking number yesterday morning and it said my package was out for delivery and after receiving that notice from the shipper I checked the tracking number again which definitely said delivery was attempted and a notice was left. I received no notice. Two people were sitting in the living room as well as my dog who would have barked had the mailman tried to deliver. And this is not the first time this has happened with package deliveries. I don’t know what is going on with the delivery people in this area but it looks like I am not the only one having a problem. Over the last year the delivery service has gone downhill. I’m getting quite fed up and may take my complaints to a more public medium if something is not fixed and quickly.

not sure what has been going on with the delivery of mail in the Aragona area section. my mother did not receive her utility bills two months in a row. finally we got them and they had huge balance forwards on them due to nonpayment. wrote them checks last month to pay everything up to date and now she's getting shut off notices because they never received those checks. would someone like to call my 95 year old mother who is an original Aragona resident of over 60 years, who has never had any issues with her mail until recently and has never in her entire life been late with a payment?? we write the bills out the day we receive them. also would you all like to reimburse her for 4 stop payments for the lost checks? this is getting ridiculous. the sad thing is that I drive her mail to the Columbus Street drop off box to mail because the mail carrier only stops by if she has mail..which is usually junk mail...even if the flag is up indicating there is mail to pick up. you need to check on your postal people to make sure they are throwing mail away. something is going on and needs to be corrected quickly.

Is the staff short for the Lake Edward area.Twice placed mail on mail box. Wasn't pick up trying to bills on time.The last rain had my letter damp from not picking up mail.

I want our business mail delivered during business hours 9-6 M-F & 9-3 on SAT. we have not received mail today & now we are closed. we had mail sitting on counter from SAT 1/26 till yesterday & businesses who are billed by us will be late. I am not waiting online with the phone for 48-60 minutes to talk to a human. We want our regular mail delivery time back 10:30-11:30 a.m. weekly, PLEASE!

I have had 5, yes 5, packages since October get delivered to the wrong mail box. Each time I either called or went to post office to lodge a complaint. Nothing has been done. I'm told it will be looked into and we will call you with an update, but no call no update. I am waaaaaay passed ticked off!!!!!!! Plus if you get someone else's mail by mistake, take it to post office so it can get delivered to the rightful owner, don't just keep it....IT'S NOT YOURS!!!!!!

I had 2 packages scanned in .. I have receipts to verify.. both show NO movement or even being scanned in at this PO. MNGR there was less than helpful ...asking me "what do you want me to do?" such lack of service ... I'll give it a day ...then find another solution going above what I should have....stop acting scammish at your PO office!!! DO YOUR JOB!!

for some reason unknown to me Mayfair Apartments are not getting mail delivery or mail pickup. i've been waiting for a package to be delivered at my leasing office and walmart's tracking says that it is out for delivery but no mail person has been seen for 3 days. what's the problem ? Mayfair is on newtown arch. anxiously awaiting service and my packages.

I have had a package that has yet to be delivered and I am trying to come into to contact with anyone because it is now six days late. I have spoken with my mailman and he kindly told me what could have possibly happened and was very understanding and professional about the situation. I emailed USPS under "Where is my Package" and have yet to receive answers, someone called and said she'd begin working on fixing the issue, she was kind and polite, however I have yet to hear from her. Today, I called the number the kind representative called me from, a woman answered sounding annoyed. I tried to explain why I was calling,she got very short with me and started to take long sighs before and after speaking while she was being awfully rude. She then told me to "hang on", put me on hold, and after about two minutes hung up on me. I called back three times an hour or so after and it rang for over a minute each time and no answer. I was already displeased with the fact that my package still has not arrived, but the hostility and rudeness of the worker is completely unprofessional.

Jan. 12, 2018. In the Huntington section, we have not had mail delivery service but about two days since the snow in two weeks. Has our postman died? Our paper man has porched our newspaper everday with the exception of the first day following the first day of the snow, however, no mail service!!!!! Also, no one answered the phone today after 20 rings!!!!

Today 8/12/17 @ 12pm - this is the 2nd time having problems with our mailman. He pulls up in front of my house beeping his horn for 5 minutes before i got dressed and opened the door to ask him what he is doing. he explains to me by yelling across my yard from the seat of his mail truck " he doesnt have to deliver my mail if i have doors or windows open because of my dog" i asked him are you serious? We have never had this problem with any other mailmen. i asked, im not allowed to have a window open for you to deliver my mail? he went on to tell me if i want my mail i need to " come get it from him" and i said the doors were closed until you made me come outside in the rain! to his answer of "well i dont have to deliver your mail if your windows are open". SO i ran back inside and closed the windows... he started beeping again making my dog, once again start freaking out... i ran out side and asked him "What now??" he said "look i dont have time for this do you want your mail or not? come get it!" (he was parked on the street) I said "yeah, do your job and deliver it!" to his response of " i dont have time for this shit, i dont have to deliver your mail because you have a dog and your windows are open" to mty answer of " he is behind a closed door, and i shut the f@#&ing window, what more do you want?" needless to say at this point my fiancee started recording this altercation. Might i add this was all back and forth yelling in the front of my house, in front of all my neighbors. Also this is the 2nd time having problems with this particular mail man. I already called and complained about him leaving our mail in the bushes and im 99.9% sure he is the reason we come home to broken blinds in our windows everyday *(because he is obviously taunting our dog). I dont know what kind of business the USPS is running these days but this is RIDICULOUS FOR THE SECOND TIME!!!!! The mailman working our route for 336 dorset ave on 8/12/17 at 12pm should be fired. that being said, If he comes to my property screaming and acting a fool and beeping his horn again, i will not only physically remove him myself, but i will call the police and report this and i will be speaking with my lawyer for possible harassment charges on his part and charges on the USPS for failing to act on multiple complaints of harassment by their employee's. I called the our local post office right away to speak with the manager Peggy, but she was not working today. we were advised to send Denitta an email of our video and she would pass it along to Peggy, so we emailed it to her. If this video is needed, call 7578946433 and i will be more than happy to show you the physical proof. Rain, Sleet, and Snow Huh? I think to USPS forgot to mention, if you own a dog and he is behind closed doors and locked windows the USPS apparently reserves to right to verbally assault you on your property, soak your mail, and deny you delivery service.... as mentioned this is the 2nd time we have had a problem with this mailman.

My mail box was opened by force on the 7/4 as of 7/14 nothing has been done to correct this. You can not call the PO number and get someone to even answer the call. Might have to get an outside agency involved just o find out how we get out mail now.

I try calling today but was not really surprise that no one answer. On the 6th of July I went to this office and spoke with Mrs. Pearson who was the Supervisor on duty, she really did not want to hear what I had to say. But I said it any way. The cluster mail boxes in the Lynnbrook Landing area had been broken into. So I ask if the post office person that delivers the mail to the cluster boxes file a report for them to get reapir. She stated that it was not his responsiblite. But if I like she could put in a work order. I ask for the Postal Inspectors phone number. Oh she provided but that was even more a bigger joke then speaking with her. I called a total of four times with in maybe 45 minutes. That was because every time I call they would state that they were going to transfer me to the inspectors that handle in area. But all 4 times the number they were surpose to connect me to was not in service. The only reason I gave up was because I had to go to work. Yet today the 8th no mail and no one to repair the cluster boxes and no one to even answer the local Witch Duck office.

CORRECTION from JessicaK. My post was not for Witchduck PO. It was for Acredale PO. But I guess I would have been told that if someone would have answered the phone. The # of Postal workers may have been reduced due to lack of funding due to the other means of communication which could be causing an overload on the USPS employees remaining. I have been to both of these POs for many years and received excellent service when dealing face-to-face.

Called with no answer. Tried USPS customer service phone # only to get automated machine. I said I wanted customer service. It said I had to give tracking # first. I gave tracking # only to be told package had unexpected delay, it is on it's way to destination. It said to go online. I did; no extra info provided. I want a human to talk to. I need package that was mailed 8 days ago, and I was assured I would have received it by now. This package has to be taken by car (4 hour drive) to a wedding function today. This is VERY frustrating. I want to talk to someone so I can drive to where the package is to retrieve it. Lesson learned. SHIP FEDEX or UPS for better customer service & reliable shipping.

I called today and finally I was answered. There was a Mrs. Johnson that answered and gave me the worst service ever! When I asked her to check up on a package, she was very rude and didnt want to help me at all.

I called earlier in the afternoon, no one answered. Then, I stood in the building and called the location. NO ONE answered.
They claimed the package I went to pick up would be considered "lost" due to no information about it being updated about it when it arrived at the facility. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
