I called 23 times just a to get clarification that my mail change was accepted, and the dates I asked for, no one ever answered, this has been the worst customer service I have ever had, Theo Pony Express would be faster, , your automated system is terrible. Maybe if a real person would answer it would make a big difference

Shout out for today's mail carrier on Harpoon Drive in Aquia Harbour. Thought I had put forever stamps on my mail - but they were decorative use only. Carrier kind enough to give to my husband and wait for me to put on proper stamps. Appreciate his service.

I have been inquiring about getting a package forwarded back to my place of business and it has medicine in the package and I have been given the round around when it comes to this situation. I have called several times concerning this and it has not been resolved. Right now I am not pleased with USPS in general and it has gotten beyond help. A major overhaul is needed and procedures need to be changed IMMEDIATELY!

Whoever the representative was that was receiving calls at the 2650 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Stafford, VA 22554 locaton on 2/10/22 between 2-3pm was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After inquiring about why I haven't been receiving my mail, after a change of address request, she told me other customers had "more important questions" and proceeded to hang up on me. I am in the process of escalating this as high as I can and want prompt disciplinary action to be taken. That is NOT how you treat someone who uses the USPS on a regular basis in conjunction with my eBay business.

I ordered breathing medicine on May 4th . According to tracking it has been sitting in Raleigh NC since may 9th. I finally called the shipper and they said their records showed it would be in my mailbox on Friday the 14th. I watched but it was not delivered on Friday or Saturday. So I called Stafford Post Office today the 17th. Guess what they told me? They said they could only find it in pre shipping info! Which means nobody knows where the **** my medicine is and they don't want to help me.

The postal employee who regularly delivers the mail for Daffodil Lane is one of the most unfriendliness people I’ve have ever had an experience with...She continues to Not complete her job...does not take a less than a second to close the mailbox even on a rainy day ... I spoke to her about another issue and there was no response...Nothing!!! hopefully whatever her issues are she will get some much needed help from the post office supervisors or customer services.

I have been trying to call you all morning but I guess you don't want to talk to anybody!! My mail has not been delivered lately - what is going on? Lately I have noticed the mail vehicle delivering on the opposite side of my street but it never turns around to come down on my side - are they trying out a new system if so it is not working. Please have them go back to the old route - up on one side and then turn around and come back on the other side. Thanks?

I am trying to locate a package that was supposedly delivered on Sunday, November 29 supposedly handed to the customer. I was home all day and the package from Land's End was not delivered here. I have been calling all day and the line is continually busy. I know it wasn't our regular deliveryman as he knows us well.

I was informed through Amazon that my package was delivered today, Wednesday, December 2nd, when I went to the front door there was no package, The package was a gaming monitor for my step-son for his upcoming birthday. I have attempted to contact the US Postal Service at 540-659-7095 for the last two hours with no success, the line has been busy all 100x that I have tried to call, unbelievable, Disgruntled to say the least, trying to find out why the post office did not deliver the package to my house and then why their phone line stays busy.

Sad went to the PO on Saturday to send my sister her 80th birthday gift by priority mail said it may take 2/3 day that was good gave an extra day .. never made it .. so far .. she celebrating her birthday in California today without my birthday gift to her .. still in Richmond where it was on Sunday 😞. I looked up and found it said send by FedX or UPS for guaranteed delivery 📦

Again our mail was delivered to someone else! It happens several times a month. Your carrier has hit my mailbox twice. I’ve delivered mail to my neighbors almost a often as our carrier. We’ve made numerous complaints and nothing gets done. This has been going on for years! This time it was an expensive bread knife that wasn’t delivered to me. I’ll be working up the chain of command after this screw-up. I’m beginning to believe we don’t need to replace the carriers, we need to replace the Postmaster!

I have a government check that comes every 1st of the month and the Stafford Va. office on several occasions has not delivered on time. I am not working due to the pandemic and need my money to pay bills and buy food.

Please have your mail delivery drivers slow down. We have 2 different drivers on camera speeding in the neighborhood. They are not doing the daily mail delivery. This is a residential area with kids and they are driving extremely too fast on this street.

We have a ‘newish’ regular mailman in Widewater. He mis-delivers mail, hits mail boxes and even drove through my yard, on my drain field, rather than backing up! When you say something to him, he yells at you in some other language. The speed limit is posted several times and he will not obey the limit like the rest of us. He needs to be stopped and removed from any driving route.

Mail lady just delivered a package and left it down by the street. If our dog had not been by the door, and barked, we would have never known it was delivered, and it's supposed to rain shortly!! I understand that the postal service is busy this time of year, but recently I have received packages that were just left on my door step without my knowing it and someone is always home. The postal person is not even attempting to ring the door bell. Last week, I received a package that was completely ruined because it was left in the rain for hours apparently. When I approached one of your carriers to explain my concern, she stated that she did not work on that day and she apologized. Yet, she had just left a box on the step and when I went into the house, I asked my wife if she heard the door bell and she said no one rang the bell and the dogs were just sitting there which was proof that the bell was not rung. This is unsat and I do not like having to send packages back because they were ruined due to lack of concern. This is my concern and I would appreciate it if this matter can be corrected. It does not take that much more time to ring the bell (push the button) while placing the package on the step. r/

We have been living in Stafford County for 25 years, and I cannot believe that Will used to get our mail at 10 o’clock in the morning and now it’s 715 and we’re getting our mail. How is it that we have all these new homes I get there mail first and we get ours last we live in Vestavia was across from Stafford middle school and I’m not the only person in this neighborhood that is upset about getting the mail and a lot of the people in this neighborhood are elderly and they can’t get it till the next day. Let alone there’s somebody new every day not the same person that is delivering our mail We also need to build a larger Postal Service with all these homes that are now in this area hopefully there’s a plan for that

Unreliable... Especially if you need packages delivered to you on Monday. Priority Mail could be marked delivered and not be there the same day, or worse, you could get your order sent to the wrong street. Once, such a guy's package worth $600 showed up at my house. He was glad I told him to come get it. People shouldn't have to do this.

My mail is constantly being delivered to various neighbors on my street. One of my neighbors was out of town for the entire month of December and when she returned, she had a stack of my mail (for the whole month of December), which included important medical information and bills. I have had several packages returned because the company was told that my address did not exist. Come to find out, the postal service put the wrong postal code sticker on the package (not once, but several times). This is beyond frustrating. I also received an important package in the mail that clearly stated "DO NOT BEND" on the envelope. Needless, to say, the postal worker, folded it and put it in my mailbox. I am not happy with the service I have received and am hoping this issue gets resolved.

This is the absolutely worse post office in state of Va. mail arrives after 8 pm. They bring wrong items to my house with an entirely different street address. My packages are delivered to wrong house and some never arrive at all. You call and complain and all you get is excuses. This is why the us postal service in going down the drain. When fedex or UPS can get things to customers when hires to do so then why can’t the post office ? Worse part is our tax dollars pay for post office and they can’t get it right. I will never us post office to mail packages. I will use fedex or UPS

I think the mail carriers need to be more careful. It is so common in my development for everyone to get everyone else's mail that you can see people walking around daily to deliver the wrong mail that they received. A neighbor of mine got a five hundred dollar check of mine and could have cashed it but was honest enough to give it to me.

Tried to call for a passport appointment but they never answer their phone and finally went in person and told I had to call. Then told they were already booked for April, call May 1st for appointment. What a scam! Go to or call the Post Office at 1130 Kings Hwy, King George. Jacquelyn is wonderful.

This has been the worst post office I have ever had to use. After a minor complaint, I and my mail were thrashed. There is a gang mentality here complete with territory restrictions. They will get even with you in any possible way if you complain about anything. They arelike thugs on the corner waiting to terrorize you in any way they can because they can. New man has come in - hope he is able to getthe phone back on the hook and rein these people in. If not, keep complaining - I know it takes time but the only thing that works.

Horrible Customer Service! Wasn't sure of her name because she had two different name tags on (Michelle and another name?) [short, dark skin black lady] I asked about dropping my passport applications off and you would have thought I cursed her out. Some people are not meant for customer service. I want management to talk to her and I would like a response as to what happened. If not, I will escalate this complaint.

I am beyond livid! My mail keeps being forwarded to back to the sender! I've talked to customer services, and directly to the post office in Stafford to get this ISSUE in control. It has been almost 2 months since my first complaint and it is STILL happening. I don't know what else to do to have the post office manager/supervisor address this issue and resolve it for GOOD! I am now having companies resend main AGAIN and AGAIN and I am still getting calls from them saying that the mail was returned AGAIN. I spoke with a post office manager/supervisor on Sept 21st and she assured me that she would handle the problem. NOPE STILL HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!

Wow 10am-5pm! How does a working commuter in the DC area use your service with hours like that. Wonder why we pay other providers to do the services we need. Another reason your losing money and our behind the times. You open after most people go to work and close before we can get to you because most Americans work 8-5.
