I got a notice that my package was not delivered successfully at 5:05pm, it just so happens that I was outside at that time and nobody tried to deliver it! When trying to call nobody will answer the phone. When checking the tracking it states held at recipients request... I never requested them to hold my package! Business hours are 8:30-4:30 well guess what I work 8-5... UGH SO MAD!!!!

I'm so sick and tired of this post office. And the one that sp called charge. The oly people thatccan do the job properly is Mr. Napier and that sweet lady that works out front. She should bevin charge. My package was leftcon the ground in front of mailbox so it could of been stolen, rain on, gotten run over. I have a covered porch and a paved driveway and no animals. The last time my package was left on top of my mailbox. And the mail is always left at other people address not my own that is listed on the drang mail. I want you fired along with the carrier for that date of FRIDAY, 3RD OF 2021. I DO HAVE CAMERAS. AND I HAVE BEEN HOME FOR ALMOST A MONTH ON WORKERS COMP. WHETHER A PERSON IS HOME OR NOT WE NEED TO BE ASSURED THE MAIL IS RECEIVED IN A TIMELY FASHION AND DELIVERED TO US CORRECTLY.

Mail was not delivered and I was waiting on an item I needed for vacation. Tracking stated it was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday. Our postal hold didn’t go into effect until Monday because we were leaving Sunday night. On the tracking note, it said held at customer’s request. I have my confirmation from post office with correct dates. Our mail should have been delivered Saturday. No way of contacting office for help after noon.

CLOSED 1-2PM!!! This isn't published here or on their voice message. It's only on the door. It's so irritating to go and be confronted with a locked and dark post office in the middle of the day. Also, they don't pick up their phone. Even when calling during their business hours. They just let it ring. There's no voicemail. It either needs more service or a management overhaul.
