This issue needs to be resolved. This clerk has displayed a rude attitude to multiple people on numerous occasions. Issuing incorrect information and having a nasty attitude will cause people to take their business elsewhere. FedEx is looking better and better, but I hope this changes as the location is very convenient. Please make your clerks do their jobs.
