So I ordered something and it said on my track package that it was delivered at 1:38pm today 7-29-24 I had someone stop by my place to get it at 2:30 and no package was found. How in less then an hour my package is gone. And judging by these comments it'll be gone forever.
This office does not answer the phone during office hours. They just allow the phone to ring and ring every time I call I'm unable to reach anyone. When I called Dublin they answered immediately. maybe the Pulaski office could learn something from them.
No working phone number online for the local post office!!! So frustrating! The number listed never answers and then a message comes on from “Verizon Wireless” that “this call cannot be completed as dialed”… had a package that @couldn’t be delivered” for some reason when we get mail all the time with no problem…
Always find Pulaski Post Office employees behind the counter attentive and courteous! They make an effort to find the most cost-efficient way to send parcels and it is so nice to go into our local store to conduct this type of business. Having come from Northern Virginia, one tends to take the slow, southern way of life for granted. Thank you for your good works.
Employees lie about attempted delivery. I waited by the window all day for a package and it didn’t come. Tracking told me they attempted delivery and I found a note in the mailbox down at the bottom of our road “attempted delivery” with no explanation. USPS refused to drive up the road even though UPS and Fedex do it just fine. USPS employees are either chicken or lazy. We have four houses on this road and people coming and going in all sizes of cars all the time!
Ordered shoes for my son and got emails saying my package was delivered and guess what? They were nowhere to be found! Not in my mail box not on my porch not even at the neighbors house! So I try to call the post office and no surprise here, there was no answer on the phone either!!! Worst post office ever!!! If it was their money being lost they would take better care of how they handle and deliver packages!
Worst ever!!! Had a expensive baseball bard that I traded for and never received it. But it was scanned to order by the carrier. So no George Brett r9okie card for me because that lack of intelligence by the carrier to find the right box. So when I asked how I go about getting the value of the card I got "it's not insured."
