This branch is truly the worst of the worst as far USPS and their mail delivery. They constantly lose, or steal, my mail. In 10 year I rarely a month without issues. They NEVER answer their phone, so forget about making an appt for Passports. They are the most incompetent group of people in any business that I have encountered in 60 years. They all should be fired.

I received no mail Wednesday, 11/22 nor Friday, 11/24. Why did this occur? I have had mail not delivered on various dates in the past. In addition I have had parcels delivered in disarray, torn/ripped packages.

I live at 1320 vickilee rd North Chesterfield va. Yesterday 4/8 today 4/9 2021...I put an important item in my mail box to mail out. No postal truck delivered or picked up my item yesterday and today! This is unacceptable! What is going on? I should not have to drive to a postal building to mail out my important mail!. Last time I had to do that your incompetent postal service lost my Bill payment to a credit card which cost me late fees and credit poor report. DO YOUR JOB POSTAL SERVICE!!!!

get over yourself.. we are in a pandemic remember??? I thought credit card companies offered online bill payment...? snail mail is not your only option to pay your freaking credit card bill! Well, I guess when we don't have anything else to do with our time we can always complain about nothing. 🤐

At 11:25 AM on Monday January 18, 2021, a USPS Mail delivery vehicle was traveling South on Wexwood Drive in Stonehenge. The USPS vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign on Wexwood, turned left onto Farnham Drive and very nearly hit my vehicle that was going East on Farnham Drive. I swerved onto the shoulder and managed to avoid being hit. Farnham Drive is a busy street. Please alert your delivery folks how and why to obey the stop signs and the 25 MPH speed limit in Stonehenge.

Our regular carrier Mike who is the best carrier ever is out on medical leave. We are in the Stonehenge subdivision. His substitute went up and down Bollingbrook Drive several times this morning going at least 50 mph before delivering regular mail. With children and pets outside in this warmer weather there could easily be another pedestrian fatality that is happening so frequently now. There is a 25 mph speed limit that I hope your carrier will respect.

It's very disturbing that I get the mail for the next cul de sac up from me. I spend almost as much time delivering the mail to my neighbors as the supposed mail person does. This has been going on off and on for several years. I have come up there and spoken to Ms Brown before. I am now telling my neighbors to do the same.
