The customer service is very bad. Staff (older lady) that maybe the manager was very short and nonchalant. My mail was placed on hold on Feb 11, I attempted to get my mail on Feb 28. I was told no mail was there for me and staff stated that she didn’t know where my mail was. After having to ask more questions about my mail , the staff called another post office and were she was that my mail was there at the Annex on J Clyde , but I couldnt go to get my mail. Staff stated that I could comeback on the following day to get my mail. I didn’t return back to the post office until the following Monday only to be told that my mail wasn’t there. She provided me with a phone number to the other post office on, which is the same post office I was told I wouldn’t be able to go to get my mail.
Perhaps you should think about hiring people that don’t have piss poor attitudes and are control freaks. Also, maybe you should educate your employees on the fact that they should show people a little respect. You DO NOT have to leave a return address on mail. You’d think your employees may know that.
