Your letter carrier for my apartment complex, Swift Grove, refuses to deliver packages to the second and third floor and leaves them on the first floor next to the stairs. Please let her now that is unacceptable

I don’t understand what is happening. Have not had mail since last Friday. We get daily notifications that we have mail coming but nothing has been delivered. Is our regular man on vacation? The weekend individual is horrible. Please find out & notify us so we don’t have to call the police to report stolen mail.

I can see from the reviews that I am not alone. No mail delivery in 5 or more days, and no one answering the phone. Has this office been closed? I hope so. Then maybe we can get the service taxpayers deserve. Because the service at this Midlothian location is non-existent.

Since my mailman retired a few months ago the mail service has become horrible. I just got my electric bill from last month and many other bills have never arrived. Please investigate.

I am awaiting a package and received an email on 2/21/21 "delivery attempted - no access to delivery location." Neither my mailbox nor front porch are obstructed in any way. I was home all day. I literally watched from my window the postal truck drive up and down my street that morning. They never even attempted to stop at my home.

Terrible service. I have a package sitting in a lock box near mail slot for nearly a week. I can’t access it. The key the carrier left does not work. My messages are just ignored. Post office doesn’t answer phone. I can’t sit by the lock box all day waiting for carrier to show up. I’m at wits end. These people cannot handle mail in ballots. What a disgrace.

There was a gentlemen that was helping other people tape their packages and provided excellent customer service. The women at the front counter were extremely rude; did not say “have a good day” or anything when I finished sending out a package. Your front desk employees should have more friendly customer service.

Driver in Truck #4302780 delivered mail on our street which is a cul-de-sac on 8/3/2017. Female driver. I always know when it is her because she flies down the street between each delivery. I have tried to call the Post Office and complain but the phone is never answered. There are a lot of small children on this street and it concerns me that she drives so fast. Please speak with her and have her slow down. Thank you

Our delivery service for Bel Bridge is getting worse. For many weeks now, our mail has been delivered to other neighbors. Last week it was not delivered at all b/c our neighbor was on vacation and our mail was left in the post office in their "hold mail" box. HELP! This is not acceptable.

This post office is the absolute worst!!! I have called there for two days multiple times and never get an answer, they offer a call back but you don't ever get it. These people make about 20.00 per hour, paid holidays, etc that we pay for and what do we get???

Last week I left a (1) star review on the customer service skills of some of your employees. Today I returned at two different times for mailing transactions. Each time I dealt with different employees and the experience was pleasant and efficient so I want to give them credit for a good job. I do realize the previous poor rating I left had nothing to do with the better service today but want to thank them for doing their job well.

Absolutely WORST location. The staff doing delivery NEVER leave a note, and when you get to the post office to pick up your item, the staff you'll find are the rudest you will ever find! Today when I came to pick up my package, they couldn't find it, even though it had been there for pickup for 2 days, and the lady servicing me, was the most rude person I've ever met!

The Chesterfield Observer is not being delivered to Salisbury or Four Seasons or Danhurst Woods in zip code 23113. I've confirmed with the publisher that it is still being circulated. It appears our mail carrier has chosen not to deliver it to our homes. Please correct this situation. Thank you.
