Packages are always messed up, they don’t care if you have a compliant they just turn the other cheek. The post master is rude and totally unprofessional if she doesn’t like you personally you get the bitter version of her. The carrier will shove packages in the mailbox that don’t fit. He will bend the box. They don’t follow policy and leave a slip like they are suppose to. They put your mail on hold and say you have done it. When in fact you haven’t. You will receive packages wet because they were placed on the back of the truck in the rain. Post master will just shrug it off when you complain about. Post master will show up to your house on their lunch breaks with another employee, unannounced. But that’s all ok?!? That’s what this post office does.
