Come on Marshall do better. Just stopped in to check on a package that was showing that it was on hold there. The young lady that waited on me was less than enthused and looked bothered that she had to help me. Did she resolve the issue - absolutely not. Did she care - absolutely not. First time I’ve received this type of service and I’m hoping that some trains her on customer service…….because she doesn’t have it

I had a package delivered yesterday just prior to the rain. USPS stated the package was left on the Front Porch or near Front Door. That is not even close. It was left in my driveway behind my parked RV. I would not have found it had I not gone looking for it when I checked the status of the delivery. The package was not protected from rain, as it would have been had it been delivered to the "Front Porch". Mail delivery and package delivery is becoming a problem on our route, and is only getting worse.

This is the 4th time in about 2 months a package was said to be "out for delivery" and never showed up. One package was delivered to the wrong address, 2 said they were delivered and were actually not delivered until the following day, and today the status says that a notice was left at 4:47pm. I was home at that time and there was no attept from anyone to give me my package and there is no "notice" anywhere! We moved into our house just over 2 years ago and there have been other occassions when a package was supposed to be delivered and wasn't, and the status said there was a notice left, but there wasn't.
