Worst place to have to go to. They can't find packages, they definitely refuse to deliver package thats not there job. When you go to get packages your luck if you get all of them it must be a big warehouse in back because the packages are hard to find. Maybe they shouldn't offer to deliver packages for different companies if they dont want to deliver packages. I dont get my mail. I Get other people's.

I am absolutely disgusted with the Linden, VA post office. I have a driver that lies about my driveway being blocked so that he doesn't have to deliver a package. I live 1 mile from the post office right on the main road. My driveway is clearly visible and not blocked. We have packages that arrive at the post office and then disappear. Numerous cards around the holidays just vanish at this facility. I am absolutely disgusted with the service we receive from the Linden, VA post office. They are nothing but a bunch of lazy thieves. How about reimbursing me my shipping that I paid for, but still have to go pick up my package. The driver can't even put a card in my mailbox about my package because he never even came to my house to begin with. Absolutely disgusted. This has been going on for months now. How long do we have to put up with this type of service? These people aren't worth one star... NEGATIVE 5 stars awarded.

I understand the circumstance due to being short staffed. What I don't understand is why pieces of mail are being lost. . Bank statements and bills are being lost and never delivered.

On 10/4 I stopped at the post-office to send my son his key fob that he forgot at home, he needed it to be able to leave TN and drive to OH this weekend. I paid for guaranteed delivery by 10/5 at 6 pm. My package was not delivered as guaranteed so I went to the Linden post office on 10/6 around 930 am and spoke to Rebecca who felt I was yelling at her, which I don't think I was. Linda, the manager, came out and was very harsh, and she was sure to tell me that she wasn't being harsh, she has 8 brothers and sisters and that is how she talked. I said, I feel the same about my conversation with Rebecca. Linda continued to be rude, she told me I needed the original paper receipt in order to request a refund. That was a lie. I, the customer, left the Linden VA post office very upset with nothing other than being told I would get a phone call as it would take hours to research and there is a process to get a refund. She was very animated in telling me that she had no way to even give me a refund. I went home upset. I called customer service to only be greeted by a very nice person, who told me they could see that my guaranteed delivery wasn't met and he told me how to go about requesting my refund online. He also told me I could go back to the post office to request a refund. He told me I would get a money order refund handed to me that I could cash immediately. I will be going to the Front Royal VA post office from here on out. There was no reason for any of the harshness demonstrated by the manager on duty, Linda. Very upsetting as I have been using this Linden location for th e7 years I have lived here.

Freaking joke. Our driveway is flat and paved. It is located on a paved road. Both have been cleared of snow and dry since Thursday at 9:00 AM, yet today we received notice that our mail is not deliverable because it us impassable. Total BS. Do your job!!
