Worst customer service the customer service rep was very rude and snappy when I asked a question about my package. The tracking number showed it still being at the post office. Somebody didn't do there job on Saturday.

Does anyone know ways I can find out if my package is going to be delivered or like the status without the tracking number? But anyways… Yeah, so I’ve been waiting for like 5 packages from a relative in this state, I’m in oregon and I’m talking the packages dating back to august-September of 2021. I do not know why but in the past if the mail wasn’t filled out correctly they would send it back to my relative, but they have sent 4 packages in total, one in April 2021, one in September of 2021, one in December of 2021 and then one on like the 18th of January 2022 this year. Because they didn’t go through the post office we can’t track down the packages and I’ve been still waiting for the April of 2021 package.

My amazing Postal worker in Rice, VA saw that the fedex packages were not brought all the way to my house and did so herself. She is always so helpful for us. I hope you can thank her for me.

I have not seen the mail man at my address and it's going on 3pm. I stay off of route 15 on hughes rd

We have not received any mail for 3 days.....Maybe I didn't get any mail Monday or Tuesday...however, we do get the Farmville Herald on Wednesdays....Where is the mail carrier...and where is my mail...

Today is Sunday and packages arrived...well some of them, had to beg for the rest!!! She had them!!!! My son went out to ask her for the rest...as she cursed him under her breath, she THREW PACKAGES out looking for it, I started filming from my window, BOY, THIS LADY NEEDS TO BE REMOVED, I SEE WHY WE RECEIVED a smashed up box....!!! Mail is delivered whenever. There’s no specific daily time. I receive Mail that belongs to someone else at least once a month. But then, sometimes I get mail at my address and they have the nerve to put a “?” on the envelope. A package can be out for delivery early in the morning (according to the tracking service) but is not received until the next day. The inconsistencies are ridiculous!! Most recently, A package was out for delivery at 6:29 AM. A message from the company stated unfortunately USPS ran into an issue attempting your delivery. At 6:42 PM, there’s a message that says “carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package.” It’s the same front door I’ve had for the last 16 years! Really???!!!

I called for a my package and the lady was very rude to me. She even hung up on me and told me don't tell me how to do my job. When I was telling her anything I was only asking about my package. Worst customer service!!!!!!!

Made an appointment for passport, drove an hour one way only to be told nonchalantly "passport person" was on vacation and wouldn't be doing any today. What kind of service is this.

Terribly disappointed. For the second time after placing mail in the outside drive by mailbox a letter has been "lost". Unfortunately for me both were payments being made to companies for service completed. I have had to cancel payment on two checks now and reissue the payments. Have had no satisfactory comment from the post office employees upon notifying them of the issue. If this keeps up, I will need to charge the PO for having to cancel my checks!

My mail is not being delivered like it should, for three years. Often lost, sent to neighbors, sent to a house that has the same number on a different road, just not delivered. Have filed numerous complaints, which either get ignored, treated rudely, or treated like I'm in error for them not delivering my mail. Now, they've lost medical information that could easily allow for identity theft. And they kicked the complaint out without even bothering to speak with or email me.

I had a letter returned stating that there was "No such number" The address was 11205 Farmville Rd. I can see the house number on Google Maps.....Why can't you find it. I have been mailing things there for years

I checked on-line to see the responsibilities of a rural carrier. One of the is: PLACE PACKAGES ON STEPS OR PORCH. Today, I found two packages in a pile of leaves in front of my neighbors garage. My steps are no more that ten steps away. Do your job well.

This is literally the worst post office I have every been to, the clerks are rude and disrespectful especially to Longwood University students. I have been attempting to contact them and get an appointment for getting my passport done for OVER 2 weeks. The clerk yelled at me over the phone and refused to leave my information for the Post Master. Avoid this post office at ALL cost/

my mail did not get picked up today . I have not seen the post man today. I also ask my neighbors if they had any mail and none have.
