Postal Locations

Our Mail is always late this week there was no mail delivery truck at all I sit an wait for the mail every day yesterday they came at something after 6 to no mail truck came by my husband put mail in the mailbox 📫 flag up an it still there an it 8:16

Friday, July 31st. On this date, my wife arrived at the Post Office in Emporia, Virginia at 1655 hrs. to purchase a money order. She waited in the PO Box area as instructed. (Only 2 allowed inside at a time due to Covid19) . 2 mins. after 5pm a large man who is an employee of the Post office proceeded to lock the door leading to the front desk. My wife explained that she was there before closing time and this employee informed her that they close at 5pm. There were two customers other than her who were currently being waited on and she questioned him about this and explained that she simply wanted a money order. To which he gave no good answer and locked the door and left her standing in the lobby. I would like to know what the regulations are concerning attending to the needs of customers who are already in line for service before the 5pm deadline.
