There is a postal employee, Patrice Scott, at the Poindexter location, who is THE MOST UNPLEASANT USPS employee I have ever had to deal with. EVERY other USPS I have dealt with has been super nice, helpful & courteous. I don’t know if this woman is going through a personal crisis, needs intense customer service training or hormone therapy, but she should be removed from any position that interacts with customers. Everyone I know is suffering with heavy emotional burdens, but don’t verbally chop people into little pieces. I wished her a blessed day & I hope God lifts her burden and makes her load lighter. In the meantime, I hope she gets help from her supervisor.

I was just told to call back in 30 mins to an hour because he was dealing with customers. Hello!!! I am a customer too!!! I am looking for a package that should have been delivered back in Dec! What is going on with this location!!! Is he the only one working there or what???

This location needs to be shut down immediately. The workers are rude, unprofessional, and does not represent the vision of the USPS. The way that I was treated today by both Jenny Lynn and a manager that goes by the name of "Sandy" (because she refused to give me any other information) is unacceptable! I am definitely going to report this case to consumer affairs and to their immediate district office.

Yes I must agree. She is extremely rude. I had to request a transfer of my po box because she is just that unbearable.
