A couple weeks ago I ordered a package from Amazon and the mail carrier delivered it to the wrong address. Thankfully it was to a neighbor I knew and they brought me my package that afternoon. This past Sunday I was supposed to receive a package. It arrived in Buena Vista, VA which is where I live and Buena Vista sent it back to Ashland VA. I got a notification that my package would be late. Today it showed that it was delivered and left in my mailbox. I go to check my mail and I got other packages but that package was not there even though it said it was delivered at 9:30 AM. I call the post off and a woman by the name of Diane answered and was extremely rude cutting me off in mid sentence and then wouldn't even give me time to find the information she was asking for. I had over $100 in those packages so they better be located.
