I've sent packages to a specific location at an apartment for two years. Today was the first time that the clerk at the PO said that the apartment number isn't on the shipping label -- the postal carrier just needs to look at the label I taped to the box to see the apartment number. When I asked for clarification, that I am positive I've seen the apartment number displayed on the "ship to" screen, she repeated herself and said that she just types in the main address and the carrier does the rest. THAT ISN'T THE POINT for me asking to have the apt number on the PO label. I won't be working with this office any more. I'll take my business to UPS in Lynchburg first.

I went into the post office to get my passport after thinking I had made an appointment online. I realized upon arrival it apparently didn't go through. The woman at the front was rude in the way that she said there were no appointments for today. She was not helpful when I tried to get support in getting a passport appointment. Her responses were short and I could tell she didn't care to help me. I will not be coming back to this office. I expected better service than that.

I always thought that you could put packages in a rural box for the carrier for the package to be taken to the post office to determine the postage and the package would be mailed and the bill for the postage returned the next day. Has the policy changed/
