I called and was clicked off, when transfer to operator. I called back and same problem. I mailed a letter a week ago for Alexandria VA and still not delivered. Birthday card was sent early for 10-15 Birthday which is today.

I will never use this post office again! First of all I had a gift card stolen out of a card and then I had my rent check stolen!! It cost me a half day & $35 to stop check & then get a cashiers ck. I called to complain & was told I’d be called back -that was over a month ago! Clearly someone has a key to the boxes & is committing mail fraud!! Must be an inside job -supervisors do not care. Do not ever mail anything from there !!
