I have been waiting for a package from Amazon that's they sent to USPS to be delivered. It was a high priced electronic computer part. It has been delayed twice and had a delivery date for today 1/31/2026.
It's now 4 p.m. the mail has came and went for the day and still no package. Tracking number now just states that it's delayed again. With NO delivery date posted. Not impressed 👎
You people are horribleat your job. My mailman drove right by mail box today, and the flag was up. He never stops if I don't have mail. He doesn't even look. I get other people's mail all the time. Other people get mine. Sometimes he delivers time sensitive mail very late. My neice got an invitate sent back to her saying no such address. But she had the correct address (written legibly) and I've lived at this address for forty years.I could go on, but I'll just say, you people need to step up your game ! Your service is unacceptable! BTW, we have a different mailman every week. so it's not just one person.
MAIL DELIVERY PERSON IN THIS AREA PARKS HIS U.S. POSTAL SERVICE VEHICLE IN HANDICAP PARKING SPACE ON VICTORIA WOODS PROPERTY! SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE. HE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED BY RESIDENTS BUT IGNORES REQUESTS. THIS IS A 'SENIOR COMMUNITY' AND MANY OF THE RESIDENTS REQUIRE HANDICAP SPACES.
I ordered Christmas ornaments from Noodever. My tracking number indicated that they were delivered 12/20/2021 to my brother's locked box in Cottonwood Heights. They did not receive them. He went to the post office and they said they would investigate. So far nothing has happened.
I don't know who is delivering the mail to the Cottages on 7th In Sandy but two times this week I have had mail returned which was correctly addressed. Apparently the postman is reading the name and address of the sender instead of the one the mail is being sent to. It had the correct postage and address. Please check with the mailman for these apartments and ask them to be more careful in the future. Thank You! Also I am trying to hit the box "I'm not a robot" but it won't accept it. Why?

Im not happy with this place at all, as soon as they heard i was from california and told them i was not a postal worker they literally hung up on me. Called back countless times after and not a single answer. They let it ring for a good 2-3 mins before disconnecting. You would expect someone to do their job while on the clock. I called another post office in utah and they were very helpful and nice. Staff needs to be much better, needless to say the customer service.
I was at the UPS store at 1914 E 9400 S, Sandy, on the morning of Saturday, September 19th at about 10 AM. A USPS worker, an older gentleman, entered the store without wearing his mask. He walked past me and then behind the counter in close proximity to the UPS employee. I asked him why he wasn’t wearing his mask. He replied that he didn’t need to wear it because he was more than 6 feet away. He was closer than 6 feet as he walked past me as well as when he picked up the packages from behind the counter. I wrote down his vehicle number as I exited the store. Vehicle # 0228420. We’re never going to flatten the Covid curve in Utah unless we ALL wear masks.
