Postal Locations

Mail delivery was suspended for no reason. Same person same address for 20+ years. I'm not getting any mail. Can't get through to anybody to discuss, nobody available to tell me why, no information on how to get it resumed. Crazy. How could nobody, not even the mail carrier at the postal service know what's going on. somebody HELP!

If there were another way to get daily Wall Street journal, I would do that. The papers are always a week late and come in groups of 2-3 days….. Absolutely the worst mail delivery I have ever encountered

Same as rest...important documents to po box in SLC... Was supposed to be delivered to the salt lake City PO box on Saturday December 10th. For some reason it left the salt lake City hub on Dece mber 9th and where it is nobody knows arriving late no date. What is with this salt lake City sorting facility? I can't put in a search request because it's updating every day to missing lost driving late still going through the system and as long as they updated every day to say it's not arriving I can't file a missing mail report.. it's insane

Mailed 7/25/22. CA to UT took 1.5 days to get to distribution. Last tracking was 7/31 'in transit, arriving late'. Not a single update. I have put out a search and escalated it. It is now 8/3 and I am told they will look at it by Friday 8/10. I mailed first class certified 2 11x13 envelopes with passports and all required paperwork for visas. Both are missing. It will take months to redo it all it if doesn't turn up. I cannot get thru to the actual PO that was to be the 'next' stop after distribution. Recorded message they will get back to me.

Important mail to IRS sent Certified. Says it is still in transit on 5/11. Sent 4/13. Last update was 4/19.

Package got there April 21st and has been there without an actual update for 4 days. Every time it says "In transit, arriving late." Was supposed to arrive today but never did.

Some Easter cards to mail that I need to have them go out immediately on Monday

I need help I tracked my package to zip code 84130 post office as of 01/30/21, the tracking number is 95055109 9978 1027 4267 53. My package is showing it is still at this post office. the package was schedule for Delivery on the 01/30/21. Why haven't this package been Delivered?

Janitorial staff was very nice and considerate. Supervisory management staff rude and unwelcoming.

I have mailed a small envelope with yoga socks to an address in Salt Lake City, Utah from my etsy store, the first time it came back RNK, which means resident not known, so the name on the envelope was obviously not acceptable to them. So I confirmed the appointment with the person, Ray Jacobs through Shirah Jacobs, and resent the package with 2 labels, 1 with the address etsy had, and one that they said was one at the Post Office in Utah. But guess what, this was sent originally November 30, 2020, and the first package came back to me December 10th and guess what, they f'd it up again. It now says Dec. 15 at 1:10 am awaiting delivery scan. I guess they are not too smart in Utah.

My very important Christmas packages are last seen at Salt Lake City Utah 84198 facility... They were shipped priority mail on the 11th. What are the chances of getting them by Christmas Eve?

I am trying to get a LIVE PERSON via the 877 number but can't as the menu doesn't allow it (I've tried every combination I can think of) and going to a post office in times of COVID puts me at risk (I'm in 5 categories of risk) to change when my mail is to be forwarded as automated system says has to be done via email (at a cost--why since I AM THE ONE PUTTING IT INTO THE COMPUTER?!?) or must be in person. ARGH! USPS IS NO LONGER CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

I was at the post office off 2100 s in salt city to mail a package. The staff was awesome. Just with everything going on I was wondering why no Hand sanitizer Dispensers or wipes for the customers that needed to use the Counters and pens. Just asking. Maybe a idea for your safety and the customers. Thank you.

I'm tired of the postal carrier leave my mail in the neighbors mail box or who knows were else they have left it I had my id stolen because the postal carrier gave it to a crook so beware of the postal carriers THEY LEAVE YOUR MAIL ELSE WERE THEY ALSO DROP IT AND THEY JUST LEAVE IT THERE my good neighbors return it the bad ones use your account # to get something they don't buy they charge you and yes it is the post office's fault they need to pay closer attention to what there doing I think that the post office should have to pay to fix there mistake

This is the second day in a row where the mail has not been delivered to our address. We live at 368 11th Avenue which is a private home. I am expecting some bills and am concerned that we are not receiving mail. We often get mail for other addresses so am worried where our mail is going.

When ever I have a package due it gets to SLC or West Valley and sits and sits! I LIVE IN IDAHO MY MAIL SHOULD NOT EVEN GO TO UTAH unless I order an item from Utah. This happens 9 out of 10 times. Will you please let the person at top that has routed all our mail from Idaho to Utah that for at least the last 3 years it has held up our mail. In these days our mail should be faster NOT slower! I am not the only one unhappy with it- just tired of it THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME! I KNOW IT IS NOT THE CARRIERS FAULT IT IS THIS ROUTING CHANGE.

Ever since they restructured the postal service and closed sorting centers, I have had nothing but problems with the mail service going in and out of Salt Lake City. I had to rewrite checks that were "lost" for two months which has cost a lot of fees to cancel out the first ones. Then they say well if you want it to get there you should mail it Priority. Well I paid all this money to get insurance cards and six days later the envelope still hasn't arrived. I have had packages that should have been delivered in 2 to 3 days and they ended up going all the way to the east coast and back. Now this is not cost effective. I have mail employees in Denver, Spokane and Salt Lake City rip open our packages and envelopes that contained personal information was taken and used by one or more employees because it is obviously an inside job. Social Security information was taken, bank account information and what is happening to checks being mailed for bills?

I want to know where my package is? It has been stuck at your postal service. I live in Indiana and it should have gotten to me by today January 7, 2016. This isn't the first time the USPS has screwed up on losing my package. The last two were special formula for my disabled son. When it was found finally weeks later and I received it. The formula was busted open and contaminated by some type of cleaning supplies because it was spoiled. USPS needs to get it together and this is why I use UPS and FedEx for my items because I refuse to take a chance on my items getting lost and damage by your company!

Called this post office at 4pm on a Monday and was told that they are now closed and their offices are open from 9am to 430pm. Just another reason that I think USPS is one of the worst shipping methods out there. Between losing packages, delivering mail to the wrong address, and not taking responsibility for their actions, its amazing that USPS is still active. Absolutely terrible.
