i HAVE MAIL ON HOLD WHICH IS NOT AT MY POST OFFICE AND NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED THERE FOR PICKUP. i WAS GIVEN THE NUMBER 435-688-2850 TO HAVE THE HELD MAIL SENT TO MY POST OFFICE IN WASHINGTON, UT 84780. I HAVE CALLED THE NUMBER EIGHT TIMES THIS MORNING WITHOUT COMPLETION AND BEING CUT OFF FROM EACH CALL AFTER HOLDING FOR THREE AND ONE MINUTES MORE OR LESS. MY ADDRESS IN 415 S TOSCANA WAY, WASHINGTON, UT.
Well, since today, January 2nd, 2023 is the ninth time over the last seven months I’ve called, emailed, complained by letter and spoke to three different managers at this location regarding our weekend Amazon packages being mis-delivered to my irate neighbor, I guess this review speaks for itself. It’s been well documented that my neighbors address is 1246 W Felter Dr, and mine is 1240. His “6” apparently looks like a zero, but none of the other delivery companies get it wrong. Not sure who’s managing this facility or it’s crew, but this is now beyond ridiculous. You mis-delivered, AGAIN, this past Saturday to my neighbor a large Amazon package which got him angry and then I have to deal with it. Total incompetency. I guess I’ll need to get the Postal Inspector involved. Let’s see where this goes. I’m almost thinking your employees are purposely doing this. Frustrating as hell. 951-541-1606
I run a small business which sells pop culture memorabilia. So I visit this place a lot. The only decent experience I had was with an employee who was new to the job and did everything slow and by the book. She looked afraid of screwing up. What she didn’t do that every other employee has done, was threatened to trash my packages, question my sexuality, say I don’t need to mark it as fragile because nothing of value would be lost, insult my intelligence, or suggest I shove the Pokémon cards I am shipping to a customer up my butt. I hope she stays nervous and slow and not adopt any of the habits of the seasoned coworkers.
This location sucks. Had a package that was sent to through to that location en route to Minnesota. Got there November 29, 2021. It is almost February 2022, and it hasn't moved from that location. No one at that location answers the phone... Ever! Tried to call the Toll Free number to talk to someone about it but could not get a live person to talk to. I hope the Saint George Utah location at 1150 Riverside are enjoying listening to the records I bought, while they sit back and enjoy everyone else's packages as well.
Is there anyone physically there to EVER answer the phone?? Called on loop SEVERAL times throughout the day for the last 2 days with no luck! Reached out the Main Street location and got right through the first time, called the 800 customer service number and got right through, unfortunately they are unable to verify if my package was still physically at the River Road location. Absolutely ridiculous that they leave you no other option but to go down in person.
The postal mail carrier for my location has sent my mail back for address unknown or undeliverable on several occassions. I have called their office on these occurrances without remedy. I am not going to attempt to contact the Postmaster of this branch to get satisfaction and to ensure these incidents to not reoccur.
Awful, not very friendly. Dont really try to help at all and the mailmen are lazy. Ive had multiple packages not even attempted to be delivered, just leave a note in my mailbox telling me to come to the post office and when i do show up theu tell me the package is on the trucks and i cant pick it up that it will be delivered. Seriously bullshit, it gets old and im sick of excuses.
