Friday 10/20/23. Rang continuously until cut off. Did this twice. Just needed to know if they carried the shipping materials I needed. Lack of such basic service gives me strong motivation to stick with private carriers only.

Great service at the post office but no one ever answers a phone. We left a forward on our mail when we left the country two weeks ago. Still not forwarded. Can’t reach anyone

I sent a time-sensitive package from Washington State to Paysen. The carrier said the package was refused, which was completely untrue, and sent it back to Washington. I tried calling the Paysen post office for a long time to find out the issue, but no one ever answered. Very unhappy about the service.

I love these guys, I never had a bad moment or poor service. They are good natured, informative, and efficient. I have witnessed some bad behavior from the public and found it to be an embarrassing and naïve representation of us. The customer involved had unreasonable expectancies and was loud and obnoxious; nothing anyone could have said would have made that guy happy. Your agent took it all in their stride and did not reflect the anger back, they were cheerful during the verbal assault. When my turn came I apologized to the agent for that other customer's behavior and said he didn't represent any of us. Considering how well you do, you don't deserve any guff from the public, but sometimes deserving or not you get someone who is just out of line. I think the Payson office, office workers and carriers I have know perform their job with excellence. I can't say enough good about them, so I'll stop here, it's a great group doing a great job. Dean

I love our mail service. Hazel has delivered mail to us for years. She is amazing and constant. The clerks, Randy and all others, at the counters are always very helpful and kind. Thank you Payson Post Office for the great work you do!

We moved here last November. I've noticed we get skipped with mail delivery frequently. I do like to get the local store ads and coupons, but our mail carrier doesn't think it is important enough to deliver them to us on a routine as they should be. One week mail was only delivered three times. I conducted a mail check by mailing myself post cards every day for six days. Of course the mail was delivered then, because I wrote on the post cards that I was doing a mail carrier check. You'd think that was the end of the problem. Then the carrier left me a note telling me to keep the area around the mailbox clear. Our business neighbor had placed palettes in front of the box, causing the mail carrier to have to get out of the vehicle to delver the mail. It was a big deal to get him to move the palettes, even though he should not have put them there in the first place. But he moved them, and now the mail carrier is still skipping our service. We watch our other business neighbor get their mail, and then the carrier doesn't bother to come to the end of our street to deliver ours on a day that we know we should be getting mail. As Veterans, we appreciate when tax payer money is paid for government employee salaries who do their job. A mail carrier who frequently skips mail delivery is NOT honoring the job they hold, and NOT making proper use of the American tax payer's money. I will be filing a formal complaint with USPS if the situation does not change IMMEDIATELY. We have put up with bad service long enough.
