Words cannot express how incredibly disappointed I am with your so called service. I used to love Utah, thought you had it all together but have you ever changed my mind about thoughtfulness and kindness. My daughter is VOLUNTEERING for two months at Bryce Canyon. We have sent her cards and packages, at great expense to us, and they have all been returned because, go figure, a federal government business, the post office, does not deliver to a national park. I can almost accept this. What I CANNOT accept is that she had a package delivered to your establishment by DHL. It was clearly marked that it was medications. They were for diabetes and YOU RETURNED THEM. Please know, YOU CANNOT DO THAT! I called this morning and talked to someone at your establishment. They were very curt and told me it was returned because she came in and talked to someone . She said, you just can't do that. I am truly blown away. May I suggest you call the park and inform people of packages, particularly medications. I do not intend to let this go. This communication is just the first of many. I will continue to the highest levels until I am assured it never happens again.
