This is the best post office. I go everyday for my work and the staff is always going out of their way to help me. Thank you so much Barbara and Brian.
The options you give on the phone have NEVER matched the purpose of my call. Asking for customer rep gets you every department but a human. I do not need covid info, passports, tracking, lost mail, etc. I need to speak with a human. I am moving. Your moving section doesn't fully answer my issues, thus, I need to speak with a human.
The mail is ridiculously slow if a check got sent locally thursday morning why isnt it here Saturday evening?! Now i have no choice but to wait two more days?! This makes no sense i need my money!!!
I was yelling and she was yelling. Who started it, I’m not sure. She told me I didn’t mail something, and I told her they didn’t pick it up. Very unprofessional. I honestly thought she lost her cool way before myself. But I’m sure she thinks the same. Always two sides. But we need to be able to rely on important papers and bills being delivered. I know I wrote out checks to 3 different companies and put it in the Valais outgoing mailbox. I have carbon copy of the checks. But she insisted I didn’t mail them. The audacity!
The post master at the Midway location is one of the worst customer service people that I've EVER met! I believe her name is Barbara. Not on just one occasion but many times. I will go to the Heber location from now on. They are all very nice in Heber.
By the way my carrier that delivers to my house is the best!!!!!
I've NEVER been treated more rude in my entire life!!!! Stood in the lobby (in line) and had people (4 to be exact) cutting in front of me.. I guess you need to be on a first name basis with the employee working or need to be an a#&hole I will NOT be returning to that location ever again!!
