Very un professional, sorry excuse of a post office

Received neighbors Mail. 9 letters on Sweetgum Drive. Magna. Are they one house off on the whole street? Called the Magna post office no one answered.

Hi a package was suppose to {and from the tracking # It even states that my package was put into the mailbox and delivered last Friday. Checked all around my entry ways. So what do I do now? The Company that it came from said to check with my local post office look good around entry ways n mailbox so im doing and have done that, nothin... plus Im suppose to wait at least 3 days beforing contacting the company please e mail and let me know what to do thank you have a groovy day!!

I ship products from this post office at least once a week worldwide and couldn't get better service. They do a great job!

Worst service ever. The mail person refused to deliver mail due to construction on the road, this is unacceptable, many packages have been held as a result, packages with medical supplies, so I called the post office, they said they wont deliver if it is unsafe, I live on the street, so if it is safe enough to reside there it is safe enough to deliver my mail, when I told the guy his driver needs to get out of his truck & walk if he cant drive on the street, that is their job, he hung up on me, can you believe this, no wonder the post office has such a bad wrap, they have earned it !!!!!!! They dont care about anyone.
