I have been trying to reach the Kamas Post Office and the line is always busy. I live in South Carolina and am trying to track a package that the vendor said was sent to Kamas on Sept. 13th addressed to Iris Chester c/o Horowitz at 385 E Big Dutch Dr., Deer Mountain. Can you help me.

I'm not happy. I am a manager of an apartment property and someone at the Kamas, Utah Post Office is deciding what mail we should or should not get. If the mail doesn't have a apartment number on it or say "office", it automatically gets sent back. This results in deposit and rent checks being returned to the maker and residents getting charged late fees or not getting apartments because we didn't receive security deposit checks. I do not think it is the responsibility of the Kamas Post office to determine what mail is delivered here. I have told them this before and was getting all mail and all of sudden it has stopped again. If I have to file a formal complaint I will. I am not trying to cause any problems but the postal service is causing problems for my residents.

The office phone number listed on your web site rings out to a computer or fax machine.
