9361289720139409048768 this package shows delivered to mailbox. It is not there. How do I locate it? What happened?

We have not received mail 3 days in 1 week. We are not happy! This is the middle of Cedar City- it should be easy to deliver to our homes.

By far the worst Post Office in the freaking world. I’ve been trying to call back a person from their named Benjamin who left me a message about a package. I mailed a week ago. For some reason the package went to Las Vegas. I spoke with the Postal Service inspector, and he said that it should not have left the state since it was an in state ship. I will never ever send anything in the Postal Service again to this location. They are shit.

You never answer your phone cedar city post office. Hire more staff. Rediculous

The parcel drop box is always locked!! I work the hours the post office is open and it’s going on two days now that I haven’t been able to drop off my packages! I have gone multiple times and it’s still locked!!

My mail is being delivered to 3 different neighbors ( I’m getting theirs and there getting mine) and I can find my package of furniture delivered on June 9th. They don’t answer their phones. ( And for $72,391.00 starting pay no experience this is a joke for a federal job!)

I’m not getting our Mail or when we mail a letter like a bill it’s not getting there. I’ve been paying late charges for your incompetence.

I was supposed to receive my package 5 days ago! The driver has to be extremely lazy to not want to deliver my package to my doorstep but instead put a slip in my mailbox and marked it as an "unsecure place " did a redelivery and still nothing !! Get some better workers this is stupid. At least fed ex and ups get it right and actually deliver to my doorstep.

This post office is bar far the worst.... the postal workers who deliver never get it right and I end up with other people's mail. I also have a dog (temporarily) and she barks. She never goes near and she is always leashed out back or in the home. My postal worker won't deliver to my home because he hates that she barks at everyone. Again she is in the home or out in the back yard not my front barking. I can't get my mail anymore because he can't handle barking. I have had issues since I moved to cedar city utah 5 years ago. It's always a new bad experience 😪I'm sick of it! I'm a small business owner and rely on our postal system.

Diane at New Harmony tried again today to refuse me my packages. I moved here in July and she has been absolutely difficult. The only reprieve i received was while she was on a leave. Living in rural area you might imagine the necessity of my reception of my mail. Melissa & Chase have been exceptional, but they have had to work harder due to Diane's belligerence. I am done with her evil tactics. I told her so today. Please address this issue asap as i do have a right to my personal deliveries including medication and other imperative items as we have two special needs teenagers and a small toddler, farm animals and small business owners.

My mail is being delivered 3 streets over. Consistently. Tried calling, no answer several times, can’t go in.

While watching out my window, I noticed a USPS car pull in front of my home and toss a package out his window up to my front door. Thank goodness nothing is broken, but that is pretty sad and lazy. Not a good look USPS.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered Saturday I waited all day never came so I went on to track it said it was being held at post office due to customer request I never requested it to be held never even talked to post office this is not right I have waited over a month for this package

Our son and his family lived with us until they purchased a home. He put in a change of address that has effected the entire household's mail! I've already been to to postoffice to deal directly with a human who submitted another change of address for my mail to be delivered to my house but I'M STILL GETTING MAIL AT MY SON'S NEW HOUSE. INCLUDING BILLS. I am beyond irritated! Where is the contact info for the Postmaster General?????

I've asked the postmistress to have the parking lines painted in the Cedar City parking lot several months ago. To date it hasn't been done. There is no way to tell the correct place to park, including the handicapped spaces are not well marked. This is going to be particularly bad in the snow. This should not be such a problem. Please see that it gets done.

why has our mail box not been repaired for the neighborhood off 2050 N 439 W....if it isn't going to be delivered by truck then why not have them deliver it to the door...we have a lot of meds sent but not always delivered and the carrier said some of it was not delivered for some reason....I guess the next step will be the attorney general....!!

I'm quite upset with the US postal service at this point. I mailed a package in the $7.75 flat Priority Mail Insurance Tracking on August 24th from the New Harmony, Utah post office. The Domestic Tracking Number is 9114 9014 9645 1917 6234 51. To date this package has not arrived at Youngstown, Ohio 44505 nor has it been returned to me. This was a baby shower gift for the party on Sept 6th. As of Sept 7th it will be in transit 2-weeks -- so much for paying $7.75 Priority Mail Insurance Tracking. This tracking states "Expected Delivery by Friday, 08/28/2020 but as of today Sept 4th my niece has not received the package nor could the New Harmony clerk explain why or where it's lost. Please track & report back where this package is located & why it wasn't delivered to my niece in Youngstown, Ohio yet.

Shocked they're still open! Packages continue to be stolen there and everyone is suppose to be OK with it!

Signed up for delivery text messages. Got a text my package was delivered in/at mail box but no package was there. Upset with how they mark it as delivered but it wasn’t delivered to my mail box!
