According to Amazon tracking info said package was delivered at 10:20 am today ... NO Package. Called PO immediately (Saturday) it rang and rang and rang and rang .. you get the point. Tried that 5 times already no one will pick up the phone!

Your carriers are usually very nice, but yesterday instead of a knock on my apartment door, I received the LOUDEST knock ever as if the carrier kicked the door. I am used to the "shhht" sound as boxes are slid against the door landing on the hallway floor, but this sounded as if the door was getting battering-rammed. Please mention that real people live on the other side of our apartment doors and don't like hearing incredibly loud knocks.

I have a PO box at this post office and I also ship a ton of packages there of items that I sell on EBay. Bottom line is that the people that work here are great! very nice and willing to go out of their way to salve a problem for me. there is on man that is kind of a downer but he probably has worked for USPS for so long that he maybe needs a change... so I don't hold it against him. bottom line great people at a great post office!!! keep up the great work!!!
